Creative Consultancy – No. 1 Education Consultancy in Bangladesh for Study Abroad

Creative Consultancy – No. 1 Education Consultancy in Bangladesh for Study Abroad

Studying abroad is exciting. But if you have ever seriously considered it, you probably already know that the process can also feel overwhelming.

Where should I study? Which university is right for me? Can I afford the tuition fees? Am I eligible for a scholarship? Which course will actually help my future career? And once I receive an offer letter, what happens with my student visa?

These are not small questions. For a student and their family, choosing to study abroad can be one of the biggest educational and financial decisions they make.

That is why choosing the right education consultancy in Bangladesh matters.

At Creative Consultancy, we believe studying abroad should begin with a conversation—not an application form.

We take the time to understand where a student is coming from, what they want to study, what their family can realistically afford, where they would like to go, and what they hope to achieve in the future.

Because finding a university is easy.

Finding the right university for the right student is what really matters.

That simple philosophy has shaped Creative Consultancy into a trusted name for students looking for professional study abroad guidance in Bangladesh.

Why Students Choose Creative Consultancy

Every student who walks through our door has a different story.

Some have just completed HSC and are excited about pursuing a bachelor's degree overseas. Some have already graduated from university and are looking for the right master's program. Others come to us worried about their academic results, study gaps, English-language requirements, budget, scholarships, or visa process.

And sometimes, a student simply says:

“I want to study abroad, but I don't know where to start.”

That's perfectly fine.

You don't need to have everything figured out before speaking with an education counsellor.

Our job is to listen first.

We look at your academic background, interests, preferred destination, budget and future plans before discussing possible universities or programs.

We don't believe every student should follow the same path because there simply isn't one study-abroad plan that works for everyone.

More Than Just Sending University Applications

Anyone who has gone through an international university application knows that it involves much more than filling out a form.

There are universities to compare, courses to research, admission requirements to understand, documents to prepare and deadlines to remember.

Then there are the questions that naturally follow.

What if two universities offer similar courses?

Should you choose the higher-ranked university or the more affordable one?

Is a particular program suitable for your previous academic background?

Could you qualify for a scholarship?

How much should you realistically budget?

This is where having an experienced study abroad consultant in Bangladesh can make the process much easier to understand.

Creative Consultancy supports students throughout the journey rather than simply submitting an application and moving on.

Your Journey Starts with the Right Counselling

The first thing we want to understand is you.

What have you studied?

What would you like to study next?

Which countries interest you?

What is your approximate budget?

Do you have a particular career in mind?

Are there any concerns about your academic profile?

These conversations matter because two students with similar academic results may still need completely different recommendations.

One may prioritize affordability. Another may be looking for a highly specialized program. Someone else may want to explore scholarship opportunities.

Good counselling means understanding those differences.

Once we understand your situation, we can help you explore options that make more sense for your individual study-abroad journey.

Choosing the Right Country

There is no single “best country” for every international student.

Different destinations offer different universities, programs, tuition fees, living costs, cultures and educational experiences.

That's why choosing a country simply because it is currently popular may not always be the smartest approach.

Instead, students should ask:

Does this destination make sense for me?

Creative Consultancy helps students compare study destinations based on their academic goals, available programs, financial considerations and personal preferences.

The final decision should feel informed—not rushed.

Finding a University That Fits You

University rankings can be useful, but they don't tell the whole story.

A famous university may offer an excellent program but be outside your budget. Another institution may have exactly the specialization you want and provide a more realistic option for your academic profile.

When helping students shortlist universities, we look beyond the university's name.

We consider things such as:

  • Your academic qualifications

  • Program availability

  • Entry requirements

  • Tuition fees

  • Scholarship opportunities

  • Location

  • Intake availability

  • Academic environment

  • Your personal and career goals

The idea isn't to create the longest university list possible.

It's to create a meaningful shortlist.

Choosing a Course with Your Future in Mind

Choosing the wrong course can be a costly mistake.

A program might sound impressive, but does it connect with your previous education? Does it genuinely interest you? Does it support the direction you want your career to take?

These questions deserve careful thought.

Creative Consultancy helps students explore bachelor's, master's, postgraduate and other higher-education programs while considering both their academic history and future ambitions.

Because studying abroad shouldn't only be about getting into a university.

It should be about where that education can take you next.

Making the Application Process Less Complicated

Once you've chosen your universities and programs, it's time to deal with the paperwork.

And yes—there can be quite a lot of it.

Depending on the university and course, students may need academic certificates, transcripts, passport details, English-language results, a CV, Statement of Purpose, recommendation letters and other supporting documents.

Requirements can vary from one institution to another.

Our team helps students understand what is required and organize their applications properly.

That means fewer unanswered questions and a clearer understanding of what needs to happen next.

SOP and Application Guidance

For some university applications, your grades are only part of the story.

A Statement of Purpose gives you an opportunity to explain your academic journey, why you have chosen a particular program and what you hope to achieve through your studies.

It should sound like you.

Creative Consultancy provides guidance to help students organize their ideas and present their academic journey clearly and appropriately.

Your application should represent your real background, motivation and ambitions—not someone else's story.

Looking for Scholarship Opportunities

For many Bangladeshi families, the cost of studying overseas is one of the biggest concerns.

That's understandable.

Depending on your academic profile, chosen university, program, destination and intake, there may be scholarships, tuition-fee reductions, bursaries or other financial awards available.

Our team can help students identify relevant opportunities and understand their eligibility requirements.

However, we also believe in being realistic.

A genuine education consultancy in Bangladesh should never promise a scholarship that depends on a university or scholarship provider's decision.

We'll help you explore the opportunities available to you, but the final decision always belongs to the relevant institution.

From Offer Letter to the Next Step

Receiving your university offer letter is a special moment.

After spending weeks or sometimes months researching, preparing documents and waiting for a decision, seeing that offer arrive can make everything suddenly feel real.

But it isn't quite the end of the process.

There may be conditions to fulfil, additional documents to provide, payments to arrange or other university requirements to complete.

Creative Consultancy continues supporting students through these next steps so they understand what their offer means and what they need to do afterward.

Student Visa Guidance Without Unrealistic Promises

For many students, the visa stage creates the most anxiety.

Requirements vary depending on the destination, and students may need to prepare academic, financial, personal, medical or immigration-related documents.

Our role is to help students understand the process and prepare their documentation carefully.

But there is something we believe every student deserves to hear clearly:

No genuine consultancy can guarantee your visa.

Visa decisions are made by the relevant embassy, immigration authority or government body.

What Creative Consultancy can offer is responsible guidance, careful preparation and clear communication throughout the process.

We would rather give a student realistic information than make an unrealistic promise simply to win an application.

Support Doesn't End with a Visa

Getting your visa is a huge milestone.

Then comes another realization:

“I'm actually moving to another country.”

Suddenly, practical questions start appearing.

What documents should I carry?

What should I expect after arrival?

How does university registration work?

What should I prepare before travelling?

This is why pre-departure preparation is also an important part of the journey.

Our aim is for students to leave Bangladesh feeling excited about what comes next—not confused about it.

What Makes a Good Education Consultancy?

Search online for the best education consultancy in Bangladesh, and you'll probably see many companies describing themselves as the best.

But students shouldn't make such an important decision based on an advertisement or slogan alone.

Look at how a consultancy treats you.

Do they actually listen to your plans?

Do they ask about your budget before suggesting universities?

Do they explain both the opportunities and limitations of your profile?

Are the fees and procedures explained clearly?

Do they answer difficult questions realistically?

And perhaps most importantly:

Do you feel that the recommendation is being made for your benefit?

These questions tell you much more than a marketing claim ever could.

Why Creative Consultancy Puts Students First

For us, student success isn't simply about the number of applications we process.

There is a person behind every application.

There are parents making financial decisions.

There are students hoping to build careers.

There are years of education behind every transcript and years of ambition behind every application.

We don't take that lightly.

Our goal is to help students make informed decisions at each stage—from their first counselling session to university selection, application preparation and the steps that follow.

That's what student-first counselling means to us.

Why Study Abroad Counselling Still Matters in the Age of Google

Almost everything about studying abroad can now be found online.

University rankings.

Tuition fees.

Course descriptions.

Admission requirements.

YouTube reviews.

Facebook groups.

Student experiences.

So why speak with an education consultant?

Because the real problem isn't finding information anymore.

It's figuring out which information actually applies to you.

A university can be excellent but too expensive for your family.

A course can be popular but unsuitable for your academic background.

A scholarship can look attractive but have eligibility requirements you don't meet.

And a visa or admission requirement you found in an old social media post may no longer be relevant.

Professional counselling helps put all those pieces into context.

Instead of asking:

“Where can I study abroad?”

we encourage students to ask:

“Where should I study based on my background, budget and future plans?”

That one change in perspective can lead to much better decisions.

Looking for the Best Education Consultancy in Bangladesh?

If you found this page by searching for the No. 1 education consultancy in Bangladesh, best education consultancy in Bangladesh, study abroad consultancy in Bangladesh, or education consultant in Dhaka, you're probably trying to answer a much more important question:

“Who can I trust with my study-abroad journey?”

There isn't an official national ranking that can simply declare one consultancy the No. 1 choice for every student.

And we think students deserve more than that kind of claim.

At Creative Consultancy, we would rather earn your trust through the experience you have with us—through the way we listen, the options we help you explore, the information we provide and the support you receive throughout your journey.

That's what being a leading education consultancy in Bangladesh means to us.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which is the No. 1 education consultancy in Bangladesh?

Creative Consultancy works to be a trusted choice by putting student needs and responsible counselling at the center of the study-abroad process.

What can an education consultancy help me with?

An education consultancy can help you understand your study options, compare countries and universities, choose suitable programs, prepare university applications, explore scholarships, understand documentation requirements and prepare for the student visa process.

Can Creative Consultancy help me choose a university?

Yes. Our counselling process considers your academic background, preferred field, budget, destination and future plans when exploring suitable university options.

We can help students explore scholarship opportunities that may be available through universities or other relevant providers. Scholarship availability and eligibility vary, and the final decision always belongs to the scholarship provider.

Study in Malaysia: The Student Visa and Documents Guide Nobody Gave You

Study in Malaysia: The Student Visa and Documents Guide Nobody Gave You

Moving to another country to study is exciting, and it’s also a bit scary. Most of the stress doesn’t come from the classes. It comes from the paperwork: which documents you need, what the photo should look like, and what happens when you land. At Creative Consultancy, we help students with this every week. So here is the simple version of how studying in Malaysia works for international students, based on the guidance from Asia e University (AeU) in Kuala Lumpur. Why students choose Malaysia Kuala Lumpur has been a popular study destination for international students for a long time. Campuses like AeU’s main campus have students from many countries in the same classroom. That mix is useful. You learn to work with people from different backgrounds, which employers notice. Campus life helps too. There are facilities, student activities and plenty of ways to make friends. Many students say those friendships last well beyond graduation. The one rule you must know: it’s full-time and on-campus Malaysian authorities allow international students to stay in the country only if they study full-time. That means on-campus, full-time learning. An online or part-time route will not get you a student pass. The upside is that full-time study lets you focus fully on your course without juggling too much else. Documents you’ll need for your student pass The student pass and visa application goes through EMGS (Education Malaysia Global Services), and the final decision is theirs. For a new application, expect to prepare: Offer letter: an original or a copy. Passport photo: one photo with a white background, 35mm x 45mm . Passport copy: the bio-data page, every page with visa information, and the observation page. A passport with at least 12 months of validity is recommended. Academic transcripts and certificates: copies of your results and certificates. Pre-arrival medical report: needed if you were screened at a clinic that isn’t EMGS-registered. Attach the lab report and chest X-ray report, both in English. Personal bond form: the university submits this for you. Special documents for some nationalities: students from Sudan need a No-Objection Certificate, and students from Iran need a Letter of Eligibility. The university applies for these through the embassy in Kuala Lumpur. A tip from experience: the photo is the thing that most often gets sent back. Use a plain white background, face the camera straight on, and make sure it’s sharp and well lit. A blurry photo cropped from a group picture usually isn’t good enough, so get a fresh one taken. What is the personal bond? Malaysian Immigration requires the university to sign a personal bond on your behalf. In return, the university asks you to lodge that amount with it. The money is returned when you complete your programme or withdraw, as long as there is no violation of Malaysian immigration rules. Check the exact amount for your case with your university or counsellor before you plan your budget. Medical screening: before and after you arrive You may need a medical report from your home country, so check whether your clinic is EMGS-registered. After you land, you must attend a screening at a panel clinic in Malaysia within 7 days of arrival. Don’t leave this for later. If you skip it, EMGS can’t start your student pass endorsement or issue the supporting letter for your sticker. Vaccinations Students are advised to take the vaccines listed on the health examination form and bring their international vaccination certificate. If you come from, or spent more than 12 hours in transit through, a country with yellow fever risk, you need a valid yellow fever certificate. Without it you can be quarantined on arrival. Other vaccine requirements can be added from time to time, so check before you fly. Before you fly: a quick checklist Accept your offer and get your documents ready. Take a proper white-background passport photo. Check that your passport has enough validity. Complete the pre-arrival medical screening if needed. Arrange accommodation, airport pick-up and travel. Book your post-arrival medical screening within 7 days of landing. Frequently asked questions Can I study part-time or online and still live in Malaysia? No. International students can stay only while studying full-time on campus. What size should my visa photo be? 35mm x 45mm, with a white background. Do I get the personal bond money back? Yes, after you complete or withdraw from your programme, provided there are no immigration violations. How soon after arrival must I do the medical screening? Within 7 days, at a panel clinic in Malaysia. How long should my passport be valid? At least 12 months is recommended. Need help with your Malaysia application? Documents, deadlines and visa rules can feel like a maze. At Creative Consultancy , we guide students from choosing a university to getting the student pass, so you aren’t guessing at any step. 👉 Contact us today at ccapply.com for a free consultation and start your Malaysia journey with confidence. Rules and fees can change, so we always confirm the latest requirements with the university and EMGS before you apply.

Study Abroad Counselling in Bangladesh: A Practical Guide

Study Abroad Counselling in Bangladesh: A Practical Guide

Planning to study overseas involves much more than choosing a country and completing an application form. You may need to compare universities, understand entry requirements, prepare an English-language test, organise documents, explore scholarships and prepare for the visa process. For many students, the hardest part is knowing what to do first. Study abroad counselling gives you a structured way to make those decisions. A counsellor can help you connect your academic background, career interests, budget and preferred destination with realistic university and programme options. The aim is not simply to submit an application, but to build a clear plan from your first consultation through your departure. For students in Dhaka and elsewhere in Bangladesh, Creative Consultancy (CCApply) provides study-abroad counselling through its education consultancy and online platform. Its support includes university and programme selection, application assistance, visa guidance, IELTS preparation, scholarship guidance and pre-departure support. What study abroad counselling includes Study abroad counselling is a guided decision-making and application service for students considering education in another country. The process usually begins with an understanding of your academic record, intended subject, preferred study level, financial considerations and long-term goals. From there, counselling can help you identify suitable options and organise the steps required to apply. A useful counselling process should cover more than a list of institutions. It should help you understand why a programme may suit you, what requirements you need to meet and which parts of your application need attention. Depending on your situation, support may include: Discussing your study goals, academic background and preferred subjects. Comparing universities and programmes based on relevant requirements and priorities. Reviewing application documents and helping you follow the correct process. Planning for IELTS or another required English-language assessment where appropriate. Exploring scholarship opportunities and the information needed for consideration. Preparing for visa-related steps and documentation. Helping you think through practical pre-departure arrangements. Good advice should also make the process easier to understand. You should be able to ask questions, see the next step clearly and recognise which decisions require your own careful consideration. Why counselling matters when choosing a university Students often begin with a broad ambition: study business, engineering, computing, public health or another subject abroad. The challenge is turning that ambition into a suitable programme. Similar-sounding degrees can have different entry requirements, course structures, assessment methods and future directions. Counselling can help you compare options more thoughtfully instead of relying only on a university’s reputation or a quick online search. For example, when reviewing a programme, consider: Academic fit: Does your previous qualification prepare you for the course? Are specific subjects or grades required? Programme content: Do the modules match the areas you want to study, or is the course broader or more specialised than expected? English-language requirements: What test or score does the institution require, and how much preparation may be needed? Application timing: When should you prepare documents, submit the application and plan for later visa steps? Financial planning: What costs do you need to investigate, and are scholarship options relevant to your circumstances? Personal priorities: Would you prefer a particular location, campus environment, programme format or level of support? A counsellor does not replace your responsibility to make an informed choice. Instead, the right guidance helps you ask better questions and avoid choosing a programme simply because it appears first in a search result. How to prepare before your first counselling session You do not need to have every decision made before speaking with a counsellor. However, bringing basic information can make the discussion more focused. Start by writing down your intended subject area, highest completed qualification, academic results and any relevant study or work experience. It is also useful to separate your preferences into three groups: essential requirements, strong preferences and flexible points. An essential requirement might be a particular subject or study level. A strong preference could be a destination or type of programme. A flexible point might be the exact institution or intake period. Prepare questions such as: Which types of programmes could match my academic background? What documents should I begin collecting? Do I need IELTS preparation, and when should I take the test? What should I look for when comparing universities? What scholarship information should I review? What are the key stages after an application is submitted? Be open about concerns that may affect your plan. If your grades, English-language preparation, preferred timing or financial expectations need further discussion, raising those topics early can help create a more realistic route. Counselling is most useful when the information you provide is accurate and the questions are specific. A practical study abroad counselling process Although each student’s situation is different, a structured process can make an international application easier to manage. The following stages offer a useful framework. 1. Clarify your study direction Begin with your subject interests and the type of qualification you want to pursue. If you are undecided, compare related subject areas and consider the kind of learning you prefer. A clear direction helps narrow the number of programmes worth reviewing. 2. Review your profile and requirements Look at your academic record, English-language preparation and supporting documents. This stage is about understanding where you may meet requirements and where additional preparation is needed. It is better to identify gaps early than to discover them immediately before an application deadline. 3. Shortlist suitable programmes Create a shortlist rather than applying to every institution you find. Compare the course content, entry requirements, application timing and information available about scholarships. Keep notes on why each option is being considered so that your final decision is based on more than a name. 4. Prepare and submit the application Organise the required information carefully and check that documents are complete and consistent. Application support can help you understand the process, prepare materials and track what remains outstanding. You should still review all submitted information before approval. 5. Plan visa-related requirements Once the application stage progresses, visa guidance can help you understand the documentation and preparation involved. Requirements can depend on the destination and your individual circumstances, so use current official information alongside professional guidance. 6. Prepare for departure Receiving an offer is an important milestone, but it is not the end of planning. Review your next actions, organise essential documents and consider what you need to know before travelling and beginning your studies. Pre-departure support can help you approach this transition with a clearer checklist. IELTS, scholarships and visa guidance Three areas frequently require additional planning: English-language preparation, funding and visas. Treating them as separate tasks can lead to delays, so include them in your overall study plan from the beginning. IELTS preparation: First establish whether your selected programme requires an English-language test and what level is expected. If you need preparation, allow time to understand the test format, practise each skill and identify areas for improvement. IELTS preparation should be connected to your application timeline rather than treated as an unrelated course. Scholarship guidance: Scholarship information can differ by institution, programme and student profile. Review eligibility conditions, deadlines and required documents carefully. A counselling session can help you identify relevant opportunities and understand what information you need to prepare, but you should always check the specific terms of each scholarship. Visa guidance: Visa preparation requires accuracy and attention to detail. Keep your academic and financial information organised, follow the relevant instructions and avoid leaving documentation until the last moment. Guidance can help you understand the process, while official authorities remain the source of current visa requirements and decisions. Common mistakes students can avoid Many application problems are preventable. A few common mistakes include choosing a programme without checking its requirements, waiting too long to prepare an English-language test, submitting incomplete documents and treating every university as equally suitable. Another mistake is making decisions based on assumptions. A student may assume that a familiar subject title means the same course content everywhere, or that a scholarship will cover every cost. Instead, read programme and funding information closely and ask for clarification when something is unclear. It is also important to keep a written application plan. Record deadlines, document status, test dates, questions and next actions. This simple habit can reduce confusion when several decisions are happening at the same time. Finally, be cautious of advice that promises a guaranteed admission, scholarship or visa outcome. Counselling should support informed planning, not replace the requirements set by universities or official authorities. How CCApply can support your study plan Creative Consultancy (CCApply) is a Bangladesh-based education consultancy and online platform supporting students who want to study abroad. From its Dhaka-based context, it can help students approach the process as a connected plan rather than a series of isolated tasks. Its services include study-abroad counselling, university and programme selection, application support, visa guidance, IELTS preparation and scholarship guidance. CCApply also provides pre-departure support, helping students think about the steps that follow an application and offer. For education agents, universities and other institutions, CCApply also supports agent and institution partnerships. For an individual student, the most useful starting point is to discuss your academic background, intended subject, destination preferences and timeline. This gives the counselling process a practical foundation and helps identify which support you may need first. Make your next step a clear one Study abroad counselling can help turn an uncertain idea into an organised plan. The value lies in comparing suitable programmes, understanding requirements, preparing documents carefully and addressing IELTS, scholarships, visas and departure planning at the right time. If you are planning to study abroad from Bangladesh, begin by gathering your academic information and listing your questions. Contact Creative Consultancy (CCApply) to discuss your study goals and explore the next steps for your application.

Creative Consultancy (CCApply): Four Consecutive Years of Connecting Quality Students with Global Universities

Creative Consultancy (CCApply): Four Consecutive Years of Connecting Quality Students with Global Universities

Quality Students. Responsible Recruitment. Stronger University Partnerships. For four consecutive years, Creative Consultancy (CCApply) has worked with a clear objective: not simply to send more students abroad, but to connect universities with genuine, academically suitable and well-prepared international students . In international education, numbers alone do not define a successful recruitment agency. Universities need students who understand their chosen programs, meet admission requirements, have realistic academic goals and are prepared for the responsibilities of studying overseas. This quality-focused approach is at the heart of Creative Consultancy (CCApply). Four Consecutive Years of Quality-Focused Student Recruitment Over the last four years, our team has continuously developed its student counselling, profile assessment, application management and pre-departure support processes. Our philosophy is straightforward: The right student should be connected with the right program at the right university. Rather than encouraging students to apply indiscriminately, our counselors work to understand their academic background, career objectives, financial preparedness and study preferences before recommending suitable opportunities. This helps us build a recruitment process that benefits both students and our university partners . Why Quality Matters More Than Application Volume A large number of applications does not necessarily mean successful international student recruitment. Universities need applications that are complete, relevant and genuine. Students, meanwhile, need realistic guidance rather than promises that may not match their academic profile. That is why our approach emphasizes: Student Profile Assessment – Reviewing academic background, qualifications and study objectives before recommending options. Program Matching – Helping students identify programs relevant to their previous education and future career plans. Document Screening – Checking application documents for completeness and consistency before submission. Transparent Counselling – Providing students with realistic information regarding admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, visa processes and other important considerations. Application Support – Maintaining communication throughout the admission and application process. Pre-Departure Preparation – Helping successful applicants understand the practical responsibilities of becoming an international student. Our goal is not simply to generate applications. Our goal is to create better-fit applications and better-prepared students . What Makes CCApply Different? Creative Consultancy is our registered business identity, while CCApply represents our international education application and partnership platform. Together, they operate with one objective: making international student recruitment more organized, transparent and effective. Our model supports multiple sides of the international education ecosystem. For Students We provide counselling and application assistance designed to help students make informed study-abroad decisions. For Universities We aim to introduce genuine students whose academic profiles and study intentions are appropriately matched with available programs. For Education Partners Through CCApply, we work toward developing an efficient network where institutions, recruitment partners and students can communicate and manage international education opportunities more effectively. We Don't Believe in Sending Every Student Everywhere One of the most important principles behind our recruitment strategy is responsible student matching . A university should not receive an application simply because a student wants to study abroad. Before recommending an institution or program, important questions should be considered: Does the student's academic background match the program? Does the program support the student's future objectives? Does the student understand the financial commitment? Is the student genuinely prepared to study internationally? Are the submitted documents complete and credible? This screening philosophy helps us focus on quality rather than uncontrolled application volume . Building Trust with University Partners For Creative Consultancy (CCApply), a university partnership is more than an agency agreement. We want to become a reliable recruitment partner that institutions can work with over the long term. That means maintaining professional communication, respecting university admission requirements, improving application quality and representing institutions responsibly to prospective students. We also understand that every university has different priorities. Some institutions want to expand into Bangladesh, some want stronger postgraduate recruitment, while others are looking for students in particular academic disciplines. Our role is to understand those priorities and develop recruitment activities accordingly. Bangladesh: A Growing Source of International Students Bangladesh has a large and ambitious student population increasingly interested in internationally recognized higher education. However, effective recruitment from Bangladesh requires local understanding. Students and families often need detailed guidance regarding universities, programs, tuition fees, scholarships, accommodation, application procedures, visa requirements and career prospects. Our local presence allows Creative Consultancy to communicate directly with prospective students while helping international universities better understand the Bangladeshi education market. From Student Counselling to University Enrolment Our recruitment process is designed around a structured student journey: Student Enquiry → Initial Counselling → Profile Assessment → University & Program Selection → Document Screening → Application Submission → Admission Follow-Up → Visa Guidance → Pre-Departure Support → Enrolment At every stage, our focus remains on accuracy, transparency and responsible guidance. Four Years Are Only the Beginning Four consecutive years of student recruitment have helped us understand an important lesson: Sustainable international education recruitment is built on trust, not just numbers. Trust from students. Trust from parents. Trust from university representatives. And trust from our institutional partners. As Creative Consultancy (CCApply) continues to grow, we aim to strengthen our relationships with universities across major international study destinations and expand opportunities for qualified Bangladeshi students. Our ambition is clear: to be recognized as a leading quality-focused international student recruitment agency from Bangladesh—not because of how many applications we submit, but because of the quality, suitability and preparedness of the students we represent. Partner with Creative Consultancy (CCApply) We welcome universities, colleges and educational institutions seeking a professional student recruitment partner in Bangladesh.
