Overview
This programme is designed to provide skills in organisational and systems management reinforced with psychological insights and behavioural science. By integrating management studies with the critical and analytical methods of psychology, it meets the needs of students intending to pursue careers in personal management, training and development, human resource management and employee & customer relations.
Upon completion of the programme, students will have:
- Developed an understanding of human behaviour and organisational dynamics that reflect business success
- Gained the skills to function effectively in group and organisational settings

Assessment

Continuous assessment – 40%
Final assessment – 60%
Applicants must have one of the following Entry requirements:

- Matriculation/Foundation or its equivalent:Â Minimum CGPA of 2.00 out of 4.00**
- Diploma (Level 4, MQF):Â Minimum CGPA 2.00 out of 4.00
- STPM:Â Minimum Grade C (GP 2.0) in any TWO subjects
- Advanced Diploma (Level 5, MQF):Â Minimum CGPA of 2.00 out of 4.00
- Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM):Â Minimum grade of Jayyid (good)
- Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) / Diploma Vokasional Malaysia (DVM): Subjected to Senate / Academic Board’s approval
- Diploma Lanjutan Kemahiran Malaysia (DLKM): Subjected to Senate / Academic Board’s approval
- A-Level:Â 2 passes
- Senior Middle 3 (UEC): 5 B’s***
- CPU:Â 5 passes with a minimum average of 50%
- Australian Matriculation Programmes:Â University Aggregate of 50% or ATAR score of at least 50 for various programmes
- Equivalent qualification:
