About The Programme
Dietitians and nutritionists study about the role of nutrients in maintaining health. Dietitians assess, diagnose and prescribe diets for individuals according to their disease conditions to support recovery and regain health. Dietitians are also trained to integrate management skills and dietetics expertise to provide safe and nutritious foods for normal and therapeutic meal plans.
Graduates of IMU’s Dietetics with Nutrition Degree programme will be able to work as dietitians in the government and private sectors, providing dietetics services, food service management, and counselling in disease management.
This programme is awarded the International Accreditation for Education Programs for Dietitian-Nutritionists conferred by the International Confederation of Dietetics Association (ICDA)
