PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
The Diploma in Quantity Surveying prepares learners to adopt a range of skills that are essential for many industries in which a Quantity Surveyor is needed. Its primary objectives are to develop distinctive expertise in measurement, costing, construction technology, construction economics, and legal knowledge that falls under the jurisprudence of this profession. Students will study about the future direction in construction and the property industry. Students will be trained to have an affluent level of skills which are necessary to step into the workforce, as this programme equips them with the fundamental knowledge and skills in quantity surveying practices.
Students who complete this Diploma programme will create an effective pathway for themselves to move towards achieving their Bachelor of Quantity Surveying, which will enable them to be registered as Quantity Surveyors.

Entry Requirement
- Pass SPM with (3) Credits in any subject including Mathematics
- O-Level – Pass with 3 Credits in any subject including Mathematics
- UEC- For senior middle three (SM3) only
Pass with Grade B in 3 subject including Mathematics - Certificate – Pass certificate / SKM (Level 3) with CGPA 2.00 in a relevant field.
- Foundation – Pass with CGPA 2.00
- Matriculation – Pass with CGPA 2.00
- SAM/TERTIARY ENTERANCE RANK (TER)/UAI- Average of 50% in 5 subjects (including Mathematics)
- CPU/CIMP- Average of 50% in 6 subjects (including Mathematics)
HSC/AUSMAT -Tertiary enterance rank (TER) / UAI average of 50% in 5 subject (including Mathematics) - APEL – Age : 20 years & above
Experience in related field - Other – Other equivalent qualification approved by the Government of Malaysia
- English Requirement – IELTS : 5.0
TOEFL PBT : 500
MUET : Band 3
