Entry Requirements

  • A pass in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with at least a credit in three (3) subjects​;
  • A pass in Sijil Tinggi Pengajian Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum grade of C (GP 2.0) in any subject​;
  • A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul (passed)​;
  • Having a Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 in a related field;​
  • A certificate in a related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.00;

  1. Show understanding of basic and key elements of business concept that are relevant to hospitality, travel and tourism industry as whole.
  2. Apply the appropriate principles, practices and concepts of tourism and hospitality operations, including travel industry-based computerised reservation system, meeting, trade show and convention groups in destination.
  3. Apply and practice knowledge of effective customer service and selling techniques and marketing of tourism destinations and products.
  4. Plan, organize and execute business management and operations skills of tourism organization.
