The Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) programme at the University of Cyberjaya is a comprehensive, two-year full-time course designed to cultivate pharmacy specialists for the burgeoning healthcare sector. This programme is tailored to equip professionals with advanced clinical and healthcare service skills, including medication therapy management, disease-state management, and patient education.
Eligible local Pharm.D candidates may also undertake Provisional Registered Pharmacist (PRP) training at the University of Cyberjaya, further enhancing their qualifications and readiness for the field.

Course Structure
Course Description
This programme provides extensive clinical training for pharmacy graduates to further their professional careers in a variety of practice settings including hospitals, home health, community pharmacies, managed care systems in the government, and private health agencies.
This professional Master-level postgraduate programme is also designed to produce clinical pharmacists who have the abilities and skills to perform advanced patient medication management, therapeutic planning and monitoring. Upon completion, the students should be able to;
• Apply knowledge and provide pharmaceutical care to patients
• Develop and manage pharmacy specialties, drug therapy process,
medication distribution and control systems
• Provide and promote public health care
• Provide drug information, education and collaborate with patients and
health care providers

Pharmacy-related programmes at UoC was developed and transformed rapidly to meet the growing demands of the pharmaceutical industry.
