Programme Overview
UNIRAZAK’s Doctor of Philosophy in Education programme aims to produce graduates with knowledge, skills and capabilities to become high quality independent researchers and scholars in specific areas of education. Students will be exposed to key competencies in developing critical, innovative and novel research ideas and in establishing sound theoretical frameworks, rigorous research methodologies and meaningful contributions to the body of knowledge in education fields.
Students will also have the opportunity to participate in national and international research activities and contribute to publications and professional learning communities. This programme will also feature digital applications and platforms that allow students to interact and collaborate with peers through an online community site or virtual environment, simultaneously building technology skills that are essential for leading research and learning in the classroom.
