COURSE OVERVIEW
The PhD in Pharmacy (Pharmacy Practice) programme develops your knowledge and skills in clinical pharmacy practice and medicines management. It works on a philosophy of student-centred workplace learning, supported by workbooks and contact days facilitated by experienced pharmacy practitioners. The ethos and culture of the programme is to enhance and develop self-reliance and an adult approach to learning in support of continuing professional development. This programme is suitable as preparation for pharmacists wanting to combine research with a career.

A relevant master’s degree with good grades from IIUM or any other accredited Institution of higher learning, or any other certificates that are recognised as equivalent to a master’s degree or other relevant professional qualifications and experience that are recognised by the Senate of the University.
A suitable research proposal is required for Ph.D by research only.
