PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
Master in Engineering by Research programme is designed to prepare individuals for the generation of new knowledge in the advanced and applied aspects of Engineering Research by considering IR4.0, sustainability and green technology. The programme has the objective of training its candidates through intensive research. Graduates will demonstrate a capacity to design, conduct and report sustained and original research with emphasis on current industry demands. While the research is conducted under the supervision of an eligible academic advisor, students are expected to demonstrate the ability to work independently.

Entry Requirement
- Bachelors Degree – Bachelor’s Degree in the field or related field with minimum CGPA 2.75 or equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree in the field re related field with minimum CGPA 2.50 and not meeting 2.75 can be sccepted subject to rigorous internal assessment - Working Experience – Bachelor’s Degree in the field or related with CGPA below than 2.00 and not meeting 2.50 can be accepted subject to minimum at least 5 years working experience in related field and rigorous internal assessment.
- Other – Other equivalent qualification approved by the Government of Malaysia
- English Requirement – IELTS : 5.0
TOEFL PBT : 500
MUET : Band 4
