University Core
The Ministry of Education (MOE) requires all students to take Mata Pelajaran Umum (MPU) (i.e. General Studies) which is categorised under U1, U2, U3 and U4 within the duration of their studies. U1 modules are prescribed by MOE whereas U2, U3 and U4 modules are from a list of University Core Modules (UCM) prescribed as per the Programme Guide.

Flexible Education
The Flexible Education component offers students the flexibility to explore modules in a related or unrelated field, enhancing and complementing their primary major. This component allows students to broaden their knowledge and skills by selecting modules from the same or different schools within the university.
Flexible Education can take various forms, including free electives, extensions, minors, or even a second major. These options provide students with the opportunity to delve deeper into a specific area of interest or broaden their understanding by exploring a different field of study.

Prerequisites
Pass SPM/ O-Level or equivalent to 5 credits (including credits in Mathematics) for an entry with pre-university/ foundation qualification (except for UEC).
SPM / O-Level with Diploma
Pass SPM / O-Level or equivalent with 3 credits (including credit in Mathematics) for entry with Diploma and Advanced Diploma qualification.

Taylor’s Diploma
Pass Diploma in Accounting or related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.50
Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM)
Minimum Grade C+ (GPA 2.33) in any two subjects
Unified Examination Certificate (UEC)
Pass with minimum 5Bs with a maximum 26 points including Mathematics. Candidates without a Grade B in UEC Mathematics may be admitted if the candidate has a credit in Mathematics at SPM or equivalent

- Pass Business Foundation from other accredited institutions with a minimum CGPA of 2.50
- Pass a Diploma in Accounting or a related field from an accredited institution with a minimum CGPA of 2.50. Candidates with a CGPA below 2.50 but more than 2.00 may be admitted subject to a thorough rigorous assessment
- Pass in Diploma (Level 4, MQF) with minimum of CGPA of 2.50 or Advanced Diploma (Level 5, MQF) in accounting or related field with a least a CGPA of 2.50
- Other foundation, matriculation, high school certificates /diploma (Year 12) from other accredited institutions with a minimum CGPA of 2.50
- Application via APEL A is allowed
Note:Â
- Candidates with a pass in Mathematics at SPM level need to take and pass the enhancement Mathematics subject that equivalent to the SPM level. The enhancement Mathematics subject must be offered in first semester.Â
- Candidates without a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent may be admitted if the STPM / Matriculation / Foundation / Diploma / Advanced Diploma programme contains subjects in Mathematics that are                          equivalent and achieved higher at SPM level.Â
