Overview
This programme is designed to provide students with an in-depth knowledge of the three management functions that have become most critical in modern organisations: personnel management, industrial relations and organisational behaviour. These emphasise both practical and conceptual skills to enable students to work in all areas of human resource management in both the public and private sectors.
The programme aims to provide a broad understanding and appreciation of organisations as well as skills in basic Human Resource Management functions. Upon completion of the programme, graduates will be able to help shape an organisation or business through staff planning, job analysis and design, appraisal of staff performance and assessment of training needs.

Entry Requirements
Applicants must have one of the following Entry requirements:

- Matriculation/Foundation or its equivalent:Â Minimum CGPA of 2.00 out of 4.00**
- Diploma (Level 4, MQF):Â Minimum CGPA 2.00 out of 4.00
- STPM:Â Minimum Grade C (GP 2.0) in any TWO subjects
- Advanced Diploma (Level 5, MQF):Â Minimum CGPA of 2.00 out of 4.00
- Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM):Â Minimum grade of Jayyid (good)
- Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) / Diploma Vokasional Malaysia (DVM): Subjected to Senate / Academic Board’s approval
- Diploma Lanjutan Kemahiran Malaysia (DLKM): Subjected to Senate / Academic Board’s approval
- A-Level:Â 2 passes
