ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
The Bachelor of Communication (Honours) in Integrated Marketing Communication (BCIMC) trains students to explore a career in the communication and marketing fields. Students who graduate with this qualification will be able to design marketing communication campaigns that will spark interest and generate awareness about brands and products.
Graduates with this qualification can enhance thinking skills and expand creativity in developing an interesting message and effective visual of advertising. Students also will be able to evaluate, measure and relate the effectiveness of IMC to the business performance and overarching corporate reputation of a firm or institution. BCIMC prepares students to compute and analyse the process, development and importance of every aspect of functional integration communication in promoting product and enhancing market competitiveness.

What will I learn?
The Bachelor in Integrated Marketing Communication trains students in a broad range of topics such as marketing, public relations, advertising, brand management, digital marketing and related fields. Students will learn how to create cohesive marketing campaigns that integrate various communication channels relating to brand management concepts where the students will learn how to build and manage brands in positioning the brand for more consistency as a whole.
Students will also be able to understand the role of PR in managing organisational reputation, handling crisis communication, networking with media in media relations and planning the effective strategies for corporate communication. They will not only learn marketing communication tactics and strategies, but also be trained to develop their problem-solving and analytical skills to devise creative solutions when it comes to integrating marketing communication tools and functions.
