Programme Overview:
Be ready to become global leaders and managers for major hospitality industry segments by developing strategies that can be applied at the workplace from running world class front to back of the house operations, building quest relations, managing financial trans- actions, creating marketing opportunities to cultivating business ventures. Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Hospitality Management at ALFA College has been established to provide knowledge, information and increase graduates’ experience in the operations and management functions available in the Hospitality industry. Hence, this study will focus on the hospitality industry’s operations and management, such as front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, food service, event management, club management, hotel marketing, and many more. Besides, this program also will prepare graduates in the world of professionalism and careers in hotels, resorts, private clubs, restaurants, catering businesses and conferences.

Entry Requirements
- Completed STPM or equivalent with minimum CGPA 2.00 / get C in 2 subjects. Pass in Math & Bl in SPM;OR
- Completed UEC with minimum Bin 5 subjects including Math & BI;OR
- Completed STAM with a minimum grade of JAYYID, and a Pass in Mathematics and English at SPM Level;bOR
- Completed A-Level / Foundation / Matriculation / Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Level 4 of Malaysian Skill Certificate or equivalent with minimum CGPA 2.00.
*International Students are required to achieve a minimum score of 5.5 for IELTS OR its equivalent.
