Overview
The Diploma in Culinary Arts provides you with culinary training of the highest quality with state-of-the-art kitchen and classroom facilities.
Headed by an award-winning team of culinary experts, our aim is to produce quality graduates who are not only confident with their culinary skills but also able to communicate fluently, work independently and display leadership qualities that will enhance their credentials in the hospitality and food service industries here in Malaysia and globally.
Essential practical experience will be gained through a 20-week industry internship. This diploma is certified by Le Cordon Bleu and upon the successful completion of the programme, graduates are awarded two certificates; one from Sunway University and another from Le Cordon Bleu, a leading global institution in culinary and hospitality education.

Entry Requirements
- SPM / SPMV / O-Level: Pass with minimum 3 credits
- UEC: Pass with minimum 3 Grade Bs

English Language Requirements
- Sunway Intensive English Programme (IEP): Pass Level 3
- IELTS or equivalent: 5.0
For International students entering using a qualification whereby the medium of instruction is not in English
