ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Quantity Surveying is a program which emphasize on subject related to measurement of Quantity for material and trades involved in Construction Industry as well as building a cost related to construction project in which student will indulge in a subjects that were design to build one self into becoming a semi – professional Quantity Surveyor.
Is this programme for me?
Those with an interest to count things but did not know what program they should focus on are highly encouraged to join this program as the program will further diversify your interest in counting things into other niche so that you can become a Semi Professional Quantity Surveyor once graduated from the programme.
What will I learn?
Student will be exposed to measurement of quantity, cost estimating as well as construction industry in line with the rapid evolving of the industries. The student will also be exposed to contractual knowledge to support the main niche of the program as a Quantity Surveyor.
What should I expect?
Student under the program will be engaged with a lot of situational based scenario in and out of classes as the student will be exposed with the knowledge along with the real life project through site visit and practical training in which will shape them into becoming a Semi – Professional Quantity Surveyor.

Minimum Entry Requirements:
- Pass SPM with 3 C’s, including Mathematics; OR
- Pass O-Level with 3 C’s, including Mathematics; OR
- UEC with a minimum of 3 B’s, including Mathematics; OR
- Certificate or SKM II with a minimum CGPA of 2.00.
