Creative Consultancy Achieves ICEF Accreditation: Building Trust in International Education Since 2021
Creative Consultancy Achieves ICEF Accreditation: Building Trust in International Education Since 2021 From helping students pursue medical degrees abroad to developing international university partnerships, Creative Consultancy continues its journey as an ICEF-accredited education agency in Bangladesh. Dhaka, Bangladesh | October 26, 2026 Choosing to study abroad is one of the biggest decisions a student and their family can make. It involves years of academic preparation, significant financial commitments, and hopes for a better future. With so many universities, destinations, and education agencies to choose from, finding reliable guidance can be difficult. At Creative Consultancy, we understand those concerns because we have worked with students and families facing these decisions since 2021. Today, we are pleased to announce another milestone in our journey: Creative Consultancy has achieved ICEF Agency Status (IAS), under Agency ID 7411. This recognition is especially meaningful to us because it connects our work in Bangladesh with an international framework for professional education recruitment. As we continue developing university relationships across Asia, Europe, and other regions, our focus remains the same: helping students make informed decisions about their education. Creative Consultancy: An ICEF-Accredited Education Agency in Bangladesh Creative Consultancy is an international education consultancy headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Our journey began in 2021, when we started assisting students interested in pursuing MBBS and BDS degrees overseas. At that time, many students and parents needed clear information about international medical universities, admission requirements, tuition fees, and future professional recognition. We began by helping students understand those options. Over the years, our services expanded beyond medical education. Today, we assist students exploring foundation, diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes in different countries. Receiving ICEF Agency Status is an important development in that journey. Our accreditation details: Information Details Agency Name Creative Consultancy Country Bangladesh ICEF Agency ID 7411 Accreditation ICEF Agency Status (IAS) Established 2021 Founder & Managing Director Dr. Eakramul Haque, BDS (DU) Headquarters Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka, Bangladesh Official Website creativeconsultancy.com.bd ccapply.com Students and university representatives can check the current accreditation status through the official ICEF directory . What Is ICEF Accreditation, and Why Does It Matter? ICEF is an international organization that works with educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and professionals involved in international education. Its ICEF Agency Status programme provides a quality-assurance framework for education recruitment agencies. The accreditation process includes checks relating to agency identity, institutional references, and commitments to professional conduct. For students, ICEF Agency Status offers an additional way to evaluate an education agency. For universities, it provides information that may be useful when considering recruitment relationships. However, accreditation should be understood correctly. It does not guarantee university admission, scholarship approval, or a student visa. Those decisions remain with the relevant institutions and government authorities. ICEF accreditation is also distinct from government licensing and authorization to represent a particular university. For Creative Consultancy, the value of this recognition lies in the responsibility that comes with it. We believe students deserve accurate information, clear communication, and honest guidance throughout the overseas education process. Our Journey: How Creative Consultancy Started in 2021 Every organization has a beginning. For Creative Consultancy, that beginning was international medical education. We started by working with students who wanted to pursue medical degrees outside Bangladesh. Many of those students were exploring countries where medical education was available at different tuition levels and through different admission systems. Students frequently had questions about eligibility, university recognition, clinical training, accommodation, and the process of returning home to practise medicine. Our work involved helping them understand those questions before applying. As our experience developed, we began receiving inquiries about other academic fields. Students wanted to study computer science, engineering, business administration, pharmacy, nursing, hospitality, and postgraduate research. That demand encouraged us to expand our services. Today, Creative Consultancy works with students interested in a much wider range of programmes and international destinations. Study in Malaysia: One of Our Main Areas of Experience Malaysia has become an important part of Creative Consultancy's international education activities. The country offers programmes across fields including business, technology, engineering, healthcare, hospitality, and medicine. Creative Consultancy reports recruitment experience and institutional relationships involving Malaysian universities such as: Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU) INTI International University SEGi University Management and Science University (MSU) University of Cyberjaya Manipal University College Malaysia UCSI University Our counselling team helps students compare universities and programmes based on their academic qualifications, intended field of study, budget, and long-term plans. We also provide assistance with application documentation and guidance about the student visa process. University admission, scholarships, and immigration approval are always subject to the relevant authorities. International Medical Education Remains Part of Our Identity Although Creative Consultancy has expanded into different academic fields, international medical education remains an important part of our work. We have reported experience assisting students interested in medical education in Malaysia, China, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Egypt, Hungary, Poland, Romania, and other countries. We understand that choosing a medical university requires careful consideration. Students should examine the institution's recognition, academic curriculum, clinical training arrangements, tuition fees, and the professional licensing requirements of the country where they eventually intend to practise. Our role is to help students investigate these matters and understand their options. We encourage every medical applicant to verify the applicable medical council requirements before making an enrollment decision. Our Next Goal: Connecting International Students With Universities Worldwide Creative Consultancy's future plans extend beyond recruiting students from Bangladesh. We intend to strengthen our international recruitment activities and develop relationships with educational institutions across additional countries. Our management is considering future operations under the Creative Consultancy brand in India, Nepal, Malaysia, Pakistan, selected European countries, and parts of Africa. We also plan to expand our network of international education representatives. These plans are being developed gradually, taking into account local regulations, institutional agreements, operational requirements, and student demand. Exploring Opportunities in Europe Europe is among the regions we are exploring for future partnerships. Creative Consultancy has held discussions involving universities in Georgia and Ekoladi Business School in France through APEX. Following a meeting concerning the French institution, our company was requested to submit official documents for the preparation of a proposed agreement. These discussions are ongoing. Formal partnerships will be announced when the relevant agreements have been finalized. Our objective is to create opportunities for students from different countries to access suitable international education programmes. CCApply: Our Digital Education Platform As international student recruitment becomes increasingly digital, Creative Consultancy is also developing CCApply. CCApply is our online education platform, intended to help students explore universities, programmes, and study destinations. Through this platform, we aim to make academic information easier to access and support students as they consider their international education options. CCApply forms part of our longer-term plan to connect students and educational institutions through a shared digital service. Visit: www.ccapply.com What Students Can Expect From Creative Consultancy Studying abroad involves several stages, and each stage requires different information. Our services include academic counselling, university selection, application assistance, scholarship information, visa documentation guidance, interview preparation, and pre-departure support. We aim to explain the requirements and likely costs before students make commitments. We also encourage applicants to ask questions, compare options, and verify important information directly with universities and relevant authorities. Our responsibility is to help students prepare and make informed decisions. We do not promise outcomes that depend on universities, embassies, or immigration departments. A Message About Our Future Since establishing Creative Consultancy in 2021, we have continued developing our services, university relationships, and international recruitment activities. Achieving ICEF Agency Status is another step in that process. As we look toward the future, we want to expand carefully, build lasting institutional relationships, and continue improving the guidance we provide to students. Our ambition is to make Creative Consultancy accessible to students across different countries while maintaining consistent professional standards. We remain committed to the principle behind our company slogan: Creative Consultancy — Your Dream, Our Guidance. Frequently Asked Questions Is Creative Consultancy an ICEF-accredited agency? Top 10 Private Universities in Malaysia for Bangladeshi Students in 2027: Courses, Scholarships, Costs & Admission Guide
Top 10 Private Universities in Malaysia for Bangladeshi Students in 2027: Courses, Scholarships, Costs & Admission Guide By Dr. Eakramul Haque, BDS (DU) Founder & Managing Director, Creative Consultancy Updated: October 2026 | Study in Malaysia Guide 2027 Choosing a university abroad is one of the biggest educational decisions a student and their family will make. For many Bangladeshi students, Malaysia is an attractive option because it offers English-medium education, a wide choice of academic programmes and different tuition-fee options. But once you start researching universities, things can become confusing. Should you choose a university because of its world ranking? Is a university with higher tuition fees necessarily better? Which institution is suitable for Artificial Intelligence, Business, Engineering or Medicine? And how do you know whether your degree will be recognised when you return to Bangladesh? These are questions we regularly discuss with students and parents at Creative Consultancy. Since establishing Creative Consultancy in 2021, I have worked in international education, with a particular focus on helping students understand their academic options and future career pathways. One thing I have learned is that choosing the right university requires more than comparing names and rankings. A university should match the student's academic qualifications, interests, financial situation and long-term goals. In this guide, we will look at 10 private universities in Malaysia for Bangladeshi students planning to study in 2027 , including their popular academic fields, admission considerations, scholarships, tuition costs and student visa requirements. Students can compare institutions based on their budget, selected programme, scholarship eligibility and living expenses. A Business or Computer Science degree may have a very different cost structure from an MBBS or Dentistry programme. 3. Depending on the programme, students may find dual-award degrees, credit-transfer arrangements or other international study pathways. Confirm that the exact programme is available for your preferred intake. How Much Does It Cost to Study in Malaysia from Bangladesh? The total cost of studying in Malaysia depends on several factors. These include the university, programme, duration, scholarship, accommodation and personal living expenses. A student choosing a three-year Business degree will usually have a different financial plan from someone pursuing a five-year MBBS programme. Before applying, students should request a complete fee breakdown. Main Expenses to Consider Tuition Fees: The total academic cost of the programme, including any required additional academic charges. Application and Registration Fees: Charges associated with processing and confirming admission. Student Visa Fees: EMGS, immigration and other applicable charges. Medical Insurance: Required coverage for international students. Accommodation: University residence or private housing. Living Expenses: Food, transport, mobile services and other personal costs. Travel Expenses: Flights and initial settlement costs. At Creative Consultancy, we encourage students to calculate their total expected cost before accepting an offer. A scholarship can reduce tuition expenses, but it may not cover accommodation, visa charges or living costs. Scholarships in Malaysia for Bangladeshi Students Many Malaysian private universities offer scholarships or financial assistance to eligible students. The amount and conditions depend on the institution, programme and intake. Some awards are based on academic results. Others may be offered through specific admission campaigns or university arrangements. Students should check: Whether they meet the scholarship requirements. How much tuition the scholarship covers. Whether it applies throughout the degree. Whether minimum academic results must be maintained. Whether the award can be combined with other discounts. Never assume that a scholarship advertised for one intake will automatically apply to the next. For the 2027 intake, applicants should request current scholarship details from the relevant university. Admission Requirements for Bangladeshi Students Admission requirements vary by programme and qualification level. After SSC Students who have completed SSC may be considered for selected diploma or other eligible academic pathways, depending on the institution's admission rules. SSC alone should not be assumed sufficient for direct entry into a bachelor's degree. After HSC Students who have completed HSC may apply for suitable undergraduate programmes, subject to academic equivalency and subject-specific requirements. For example, Engineering and Computing programmes may require Mathematics, while Medicine and Pharmacy have more specific science-related requirements. After a Bachelor's Degree Graduates may apply for relevant Master's programmes, depending on their academic background, CGPA and other admission requirements. After a Master's Degree Students interested in doctoral education can explore PhD programmes in relevant fields. Research-based applicants may need a research proposal, academic CV and evidence that suitable supervision is available. Commonly Required Documents Valid passport Academic certificates and transcripts Passport-sized photograph English language proficiency evidence, where required Additional university-specific documents Students applying for postgraduate research may need further supporting documents. Malaysia Student Visa Process for Bangladeshi Students Once a student receives an offer letter and completes the university's required admission steps, the Student Pass application process can begin. Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) supports the processing of international student applications, while immigration approval is issued by the relevant Malaysian authorities. General Student Visa Process Step 1: University Admission Apply to a suitable Malaysian university and receive an offer letter. Step 2: Document Preparation Prepare the passport, academic documents, health declaration and other required materials. Step 3: EMGS Application The Student Pass application is submitted through the appropriate official process. Step 4: Application Screening EMGS and the relevant authorities review the submitted information. Step 5: Visa Approval Letter If approved, the student receives an electronic Visa Approval Letter (eVAL). Step 6: Single-Entry Visa Bangladeshi applicants generally need to obtain the applicable Single-Entry Visa before travelling. Step 7: Travel to Malaysia Travel after receiving the necessary approvals and following the university's arrival instructions. Step 8: Post-Arrival Medical Screening Complete the required medical screening and subsequent Student Pass endorsement formalities. EMGS requires new international students to attend medical screening at an approved panel clinic within seven working days of arrival. Processing times vary. Students should apply early and should not assume that visa approval is guaranteed. For current information, visit the official EMGS website: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/ Are Malaysian Private Universities Recognised? Before choosing a university, students should verify the accreditation status of their selected programme. In Malaysia, the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) maintains the Malaysian Qualifications Register (MQR). Students can use the official register to review accredited qualifications. Official MQA Register: https://www.mqa.gov.my/mqr/english/eakrbyipts.cfm University recognition and programme accreditation are related but separate considerations. For regulated professions such as Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Pharmacy and Engineering, additional professional requirements may apply. Students planning to practise in Bangladesh should check the relevant Bangladeshi professional authority before admission. Can Bangladeshi Students Transfer Credits to Malaysia? Some Malaysian universities consider credit-transfer applications from students who have completed part of a degree in Bangladesh or another country. For example, a student who has completed several semesters of a BBA programme may be able to request a credit-transfer assessment. The university normally reviews: Previous academic transcripts Course outlines and syllabuses Credit hours Academic grades Programme compatibility Recognition of the previous institution The receiving university decides which credits, if any, can be transferred. Students should obtain a written assessment before leaving their current institution. Can International Students Work While Studying in Malaysia? International students in Malaysia are subject to immigration restrictions on employment. Part-time work may be permitted under specific conditions, including applicable approval requirements and restrictions on working periods and job categories. Students should verify current rules with the Malaysian Immigration Department and their university. We recommend preparing a financial plan that does not depend on part-time income. For most students, the immediate goal is simple: secure admission to a recognised medical university and begin studying medicine. But there is a question that deserves attention long before admission. What will you do after completing your MBBS degree? Will you return to Bangladesh and apply for medical registration? Do you want to pursue postgraduate medical training in the United States? Are you interested in practising in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada or New Zealand? Your answer can influence which medical university you should choose today. An MBBS degree typically requires several years of academic and clinical education. It also involves a significant financial commitment from students and their families. Choosing a university without understanding its recognition, clinical training arrangements or future licensing implications can create difficulties after graduation. At Creative Consultancy , our approach to international medical education begins with these long-term questions. We help students explore medical universities abroad, understand admission requirements, prepare applications and plan for the academic and professional steps that may follow graduation. Our objective is to help students make informed decisions about their medical education, beginning before they receive their first offer letter. 1. Our Journey in International Medical Education Creative Consultancy began its journey in 2021 with a focus on helping students pursue medical and dental education abroad. As Founder and Managing Director, I have always considered medical education counselling a responsibility that requires particular care. My academic background in dentistry has given me firsthand experience of the demands of healthcare education, including anatomy, physiology, pathology, clinical examinations, patient care and professional training. Studying medicine or dentistry involves much more than completing classroom lectures. Students must develop clinical knowledge, practical skills, professional judgement and the ability to communicate with patients. These responsibilities continue after graduation. Over time, Creative Consultancy has worked with students interested in medical education across multiple countries, including Malaysia, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Egypt, China, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. We have also handled international education enquiries and student cases involving other destinations. However, the suitability of a particular medical university depends on the student's academic background, budget and intended career pathway. Our experience in international medical admissions informs the way we guide students, but each university and qualification must still be assessed individually. 2. We Start with Career Planning Before University Selection One of the first questions we ask prospective medical students is: Where do you want to practise medicine after graduation? Some students want to return to Bangladesh. Others are interested in postgraduate training and medical practice abroad. A student hoping to practise in the United States may need to consider ECFMG eligibility before selecting a medical school. A student planning to return to Bangladesh needs to understand BMDC requirements for foreign medical graduates. Someone interested in Australia or the United Kingdom must investigate the recognition and registration rules established by the relevant medical regulators. This is why we encourage students to plan backwards from their intended career. Understanding Each Student's Situation Before recommending a medical university, we consider: SSC and HSC academic qualifications Science subject background English-language ability Preferred study destination Family budget and financial planning Intended country of medical practice Interest in postgraduate medical education Personal circumstances that may affect studying abroad Not every student has a definite career destination at the age of 18 or 19. That is understandable. When a student remains undecided, we explain the importance of choosing a medical programme that preserves as many realistic future options as possible, subject to the relevant eligibility requirements. 3. Selecting the Right Medical University Abroad A university's reputation, location or tuition fee should never be the only reason for choosing it. Medical students need to consider several additional factors. Recognition and Accreditation Before applying, students should investigate whether the medical school is appropriately recognised in its home country. They should also check whether the qualification meets the requirements of the country where they intend to practise. Recognition for one purpose does not automatically mean recognition for every country or licensing pathway. World Directory of Medical Schools The World Directory of Medical Schools is an important resource for students researching international medical schools. However, students should understand that appearing in the World Directory does not, by itself, mean that a medical qualification is recognised for every professional purpose. For students considering the United States, ECFMG eligibility requires checking the relevant ECFMG Sponsor Note in the medical school's World Directory listing, including the applicable graduation years. Clinical Training and Teaching Hospitals Medical students should investigate where clinical training takes place. Important questions include: Does the university have approved clinical training arrangements? Which hospitals are used for clinical placements? How is clinical training organised? What patient exposure can students expect? What language is used during clinical training? How are clinical skills assessed? A programme may be advertised as English-medium while patients and hospital staff primarily communicate in another language. Students should understand these practical conditions before enrolling. Programme Duration and Internship Medical programme structures differ between countries. Students should verify the academic duration, clinical rotations, internship arrangements and whether any additional supervised training is required after graduation. The internship or clinical experience accepted in one country may not satisfy the registration requirements of another. At Creative Consultancy, we help students identify these questions and review the information available from universities and official regulators. 4. Understanding the Real Cost of Studying MBBS Abroad For most Bangladeshi families, financing an overseas medical degree is a major decision. Some universities advertise relatively low annual tuition fees, but students need to consider the cost of completing the entire programme. Expenses may include: Tuition fees throughout the programme Admission and university registration charges Visa and immigration fees Accommodation and food Medical insurance Travel expenses Books and study materials Clinical training-related charges Examination and administrative fees Additional internship expenses, where applicable Currency exchange rates may also affect the amount families need to pay over several years. We encourage students to request a written fee schedule and understand which charges are included. Families should also ask about annual tuition increases, refund policies, payment deadlines and additional costs that may arise during clinical training. A university may appear affordable in the first year but become difficult to finance later. The right financial decision considers the cost of graduation, not simply the cost of admission. 5. Medical University Admission and Documentation Support After identifying suitable medical universities, students need to complete the admission process. Admission requirements vary by institution and destination. Documents may include academic certificates, transcripts, passport copies, photographs, medical declarations and additional university-specific forms. Some medical programmes also require entrance examinations, interviews or evidence of English proficiency. Our team assists students in understanding the application requirements, organising documents and communicating with the university during the admission process. Reviewing the Offer Letter Once an offer letter is issued, we help students understand the important conditions. These may include: Programme name and qualification Campus location Admission intake Tuition and registration fees Initial payment requirements Conditions attached to admission Refund and withdrawal provisions Deadlines for accepting the offer An offer letter should be reviewed carefully before payment. The university remains responsible for deciding whether an applicant meets its admission requirements. 6. Visa Application and Interview Preparation After admission, students must complete the immigration process for their chosen country. The requirements vary considerably between destinations. For example, Malaysia uses the EMGS Student Pass system, while other countries operate different student visa and residence permit procedures. Our team provides guidance on the documents, application stages and relevant university instructions. Where students are required to attend an interview, we also provide English communication and visa interview preparation. Students should be able to explain their academic background, chosen medical programme, funding arrangements and reasons for studying abroad. We encourage students to give accurate answers consistent with their supporting documents. Visa approval is never guaranteed. The decision belongs to the relevant immigration authority. 7. Pre-Departure Guidance for MBBS Students For many students, moving abroad to study medicine is their first experience living away from family. After receiving the required visa or entry approval, students must prepare for everyday life in a new country. Our pre-departure guidance covers practical matters such as travel documentation, accommodation arrangements, university reporting procedures and initial settlement. Accommodation Students may have access to university hostels or private accommodation. Before making arrangements, they should understand the location, costs, security provisions, transportation options and housing conditions. Travel and Arrival Students should carry the documents required by their university and destination country's immigration authorities. They should also confirm their reporting date and any medical screening or registration requirements. Preparing for a Different Environment Medical students may need to adjust to a new language, climate, food, academic system and clinical teaching environment. We encourage students to learn about these differences before travelling. 8. Guidance After Arrival and During Medical Studies Receiving admission and arriving at university are important milestones, but the student's medical education is only beginning. The first semester may involve orientation, university registration, accommodation adjustments and adapting to a demanding academic schedule. Where students request assistance, Creative Consultancy can help explain relevant university procedures and direct them to the appropriate institutional contacts. Academic teaching, student welfare, clinical supervision and medical training remain the responsibilities of the university and its authorised providers. Preparing for the Demands of Medical School Medical students commonly study subjects such as: Anatomy Physiology Biochemistry Pathology Pharmacology Microbiology Forensic Medicine Internal Medicine Surgery Obstetrics and Gynaecology Paediatrics Other clinical specialties The exact curriculum and sequence depend on the university. Students should develop consistent study habits, attend required teaching sessions and take clinical responsibilities seriously. We encourage students to understand their university's academic progression and attendance rules from the beginning. 9. Planning for Professional Registration in Bangladesh Many Bangladeshi students studying MBBS abroad intend to return home and practise medicine. Before enrolling, they should investigate the current rules of the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC) . These rules may cover matters such as eligibility before overseas medical admission, the acceptability of foreign qualifications, required documents, internship or clinical training and the registration process after graduation. Foreign medical graduates may also need to meet applicable registration examination requirements. Students should check the latest official rules rather than relying on information from previous admission years. A foreign university's recognition in its own country does not automatically establish eligibility for registration in Bangladesh. At Creative Consultancy, we encourage students and parents to verify BMDC requirements before selecting an overseas medical programme. Official website: https://www.bmdc.org.bd 10. The United States: Understanding the USMLE and ECFMG Pathway For students who hope to pursue postgraduate medical training in the United States, planning should begin with medical school eligibility. The US pathway involves several separate requirements. Medical School Eligibility ECFMG requires international medical graduates to meet its medical school eligibility criteria. The medical school's listing in the World Directory must contain the relevant ECFMG Sponsor Note, including the applicable graduation year. Students should verify this before committing to a medical programme. USMLE Step 1 USMLE Step 1 assesses the application of foundational medical sciences to clinical practice. It is an important component of the US medical licensing examination sequence. USMLE Step 2 Clinical Knowledge Step 2 CK assesses the application of medical knowledge and clinical reasoning in patient-care situations. ECFMG Certification International medical graduates must satisfy ECFMG's applicable examination, clinical and communication skills, and medical education credential requirements. Current ECFMG pathways generally involve requirements such as OET Medicine, depending on the applicant's circumstances. Students must follow the rules applicable to their certification cycle. Residency Application After meeting the relevant eligibility requirements, international medical graduates may apply for residency training through the applicable US residency application and matching systems. Residency selection is competitive. ECFMG certification and examination results do not guarantee a residency position. USMLE Step 3 and Medical Licensure Step 3 forms another part of the USMLE sequence. Full medical licensure also depends on the requirements of the relevant US state medical board, including postgraduate training. How We Guide Students Our role is to explain the broad pathway, help students identify official eligibility requirements and encourage early academic planning. Creative Consultancy does not administer USMLE examinations, provide ECFMG certification or guarantee residency placement. Official references: https://www.ecfmg.org https://www.usmle.org https://www.wdoms.org 11. The United Kingdom: Understanding GMC Registration and PLAB The United Kingdom is another destination considered by international medical graduates. Doctors who want to practise in the UK must meet the General Medical Council's registration and licensing requirements. Checking the Medical Qualification The GMC assesses whether an applicant's primary medical qualification is acceptable for the relevant registration pathway. Students should not assume that every overseas medical degree will qualify. English-Language Requirements Applicants generally need to demonstrate the required English-language proficiency through an accepted route. PLAB Examination The Professional and Linguistic Assessments Board (PLAB) test remains an important assessment route for many international medical graduates. It includes PLAB 1 and PLAB 2. PLAB forms part of the relevant registration pathway and does not independently guarantee a licence to practise. Internship and Clinical Experience The GMC also considers internship or clinical experience, depending on the type of registration sought. Students should understand these requirements before graduation. Other Registration Routes Some applicants may qualify through accepted postgraduate qualifications, approved sponsorship or other GMC-recognised routes. The appropriate pathway depends on the applicant's circumstances. How We Guide Students We help students understand why the choice of medical school, internship structure, English proficiency and professional examination planning may matter for future UK registration. Official reference: https://www.gmc-uk.org 12. Australia: Understanding the AMC Pathway Australia has several pathways for international medical graduates seeking registration. The appropriate route depends on the applicant's qualifications, professional background and eligibility. Standard Pathway The Australian Medical Council's Standard Pathway generally applies to eligible international medical graduates who do not qualify for another assessment pathway. The assessment process includes: AMC CAT MCQ Examination AMC Clinical Examination or an approved Workplace-Based Assessment Applicants must also satisfy the Medical Board of Australia's registration requirements. Competent Authority Pathway Some international medical graduates may qualify through the Competent Authority Pathway if they meet the applicable criteria. Eligibility cannot be assumed simply because someone has passed an examination in another country. Medical School and Degree Eligibility Students should investigate whether their medical school, qualification title and graduation year meet the relevant eligibility rules. English and Registration Requirements Applicants may also need to satisfy English-language, supervised practice and other registration conditions. How We Guide Students We encourage students interested in Australia to check medical school eligibility and understand the difference between AMC assessment and medical registration. Official references: https://www.amc.org.au https://www.medicalboard.gov.au 13. Canada: Understanding the Medical Licensing Pathway Canada is another possible destination for international medical graduates, but its licensing system has several stages. Requirements vary by province or territory and by the applicant's experience. The Medical Council of Canada explains that international medical graduates may need to complete examinations, credential verification and postgraduate training requirements. Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination The MCCQE assesses medical knowledge and clinical decision-making. National Assessment Collaboration Examination The NAC Examination assesses clinical readiness and is relevant to certain postgraduate training and assessment pathways. Residency Training International medical graduates seeking Canadian residency positions may need to participate in the Canadian Resident Matching Service process. Eligibility can depend on immigration status, provincial rules and programme-specific requirements. Other Pathways Some experienced physicians may qualify for practice-ready assessment or other routes, depending on their previous training and professional background. Canada does not have a single pathway that applies to every international medical graduate. How We Guide Students We explain why Canadian medical licensing requires early research and why students should not assume that completing MBBS abroad guarantees eligibility for residency or professional registration. Official references: https://mcc.ca https://www.carms.ca 14. New Zealand: Medical Registration for International Graduates Students interested in practising medicine in New Zealand should review the Medical Council of New Zealand's registration pathways. The appropriate pathway depends on the applicant's qualification, examination history, training and professional experience. Some applicants may need to complete the New Zealand Registration Examination (NZREX Clinical), while others may qualify through different recognised pathways. Additional requirements may include English proficiency, acceptable clinical experience and supervised employment arrangements. The Medical Council of New Zealand determines eligibility for registration. Official reference: https://www.mcnz.org.nz 15. Comparing International Medical Career Pathways The following table provides a general overview for students who are beginning their research. Destination Main Regulatory Bodies Important Pathway Considerations Bangladesh BMDC Foreign qualification eligibility, applicable examinations, internship and registration United States ECFMG, USMLE, state medical boards School eligibility, USMLE, ECFMG certification, residency and licensure United Kingdom GMC Acceptable qualification, English proficiency, PLAB or another approved route, registration Australia AMC, Medical Board of Australia Degree eligibility, assessment pathway, English proficiency and registration Canada MCC, provincial and territorial regulators Credential verification, examinations, postgraduate training and provincial eligibility New Zealand Medical Council of New Zealand Recognised pathway, examinations or other eligibility criteria, registration This table is an overview only. Professional regulations can change, and eligibility must be confirmed directly with the relevant authority. 16. When Should MBBS Students Start Planning for Licensing Examinations? Students sometimes believe that preparation for future licensing examinations should begin only after graduation. However, understanding the requirements earlier can help students make better academic decisions. Before Admission Research the intended career destination, medical school eligibility and recognition requirements. During Preclinical Years Develop a strong understanding of foundational medical sciences. Students considering international examinations may also familiarise themselves with the relevant examination content and eligibility rules. During Clinical Years Focus on clinical reasoning, patient communication, practical skills and the requirements of the university's clinical curriculum. Before Graduation Review credential verification, internship requirements, English-language evidence and the appropriate timing of professional examinations. After Graduation Follow the official registration or postgraduate training pathway applicable to the intended country. The correct timing varies between students and destinations. Academic performance, medical school rules and examination eligibility should guide individual preparation plans. 17. Why Clinical Training and Internship Matter Clinical training is central to medical education. Students need opportunities to apply their knowledge in supervised patient-care environments. Before choosing a university, they should understand how clinical placements are organised and whether the programme meets the applicable educational standards. Internship requirements also deserve attention. Some countries require specific supervised clinical experience for medical registration. An internship accepted by one regulator may not automatically satisfy another regulator's rules. Students should verify these requirements with the university and the medical authority of their intended destination. We encourage students to keep accurate academic records, clinical training documents and internship certificates throughout their education. These records may become important when applying for professional registration or credential verification. 18. Postgraduate Medical Education and Specialisation Many MBBS graduates want to specialise after completing their basic medical qualification. Possible fields include Internal Medicine, Surgery, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Radiology, Psychiatry, Anaesthesiology and other medical specialties. However, postgraduate training pathways differ significantly between countries. Some require competitive residency selection. Others involve professional college examinations, structured specialist training or additional registration conditions. A student interested in specialising should investigate: The required primary medical qualification Internship or postgraduate clinical experience Medical registration requirements Entrance or licensing examinations Training programme eligibility Available postgraduate training routes We encourage students to distinguish between obtaining an MBBS degree, becoming licensed to practise and qualifying as a medical specialist. These are different stages of professional development. 19. How CCApply Supports MBBS Students CCApply is the international education platform of Creative Consultancy. Through the platform, students can explore study destinations, universities and available academic programmes. For prospective MBBS students, our counselling process focuses on understanding the student's qualifications, preferred country, financial circumstances and intended career direction. We assist with university selection, admission applications, document preparation, visa-related guidance and pre-departure planning. Students can also contact our team to discuss questions about medical school recognition and future professional pathways. Where specialist regulatory advice is required, students should rely on the relevant medical council, university or authorised professional body. Our guidance is intended to help students identify the right questions and sources before making decisions. 20. Why Parents Should Think Beyond the Admission Offer For parents, sending a child abroad to study medicine is both an educational and financial commitment. An MBBS programme may take several years, and the student may need further training or examinations before becoming eligible for professional practice. Before paying admission fees, parents should understand the university's academic status, programme structure, clinical arrangements and full financial requirements. They should also investigate what the degree may allow the student to do after graduation. Questions about professional registration are particularly important. If a student intends to return to Bangladesh, the family should verify BMDC requirements. If the student hopes to pursue medical training in another country, the relevant eligibility conditions should be checked before enrolment. At Creative Consultancy, we encourage parents to participate in these discussions so that expectations are clear from the beginning. 21. A Personal Message from Our Founder When I started Creative Consultancy in 2021, my focus was on helping students pursue medical and dental education abroad. As someone who has studied dentistry, I know that becoming a healthcare professional requires years of commitment. Medical students spend long hours studying basic sciences, preparing for examinations, attending clinical sessions and developing the skills needed to care for patients. Completing an MBBS degree is a major achievement. But graduation does not automatically mean that a student can practise medicine in every country. There may be further requirements involving internship, examinations, credential verification, postgraduate training and professional registration. This is why I believe medical education counselling should begin with the student's future plans. Before recommending a university, we should understand where the student wants to study, where they hope to practise and what requirements they may need to meet along the way. At Creative Consultancy, we aim to provide students and parents with clear information about these decisions. Our responsibility is to help students make informed choices and prepare for the next stages of their journey, while recognising that universities, examination bodies and medical regulators make the final decisions. Study in Malaysia from Bangladesh 2027: Complete Guide to Universities, Tuition Fees, Admission & Student Visa
Study in Malaysia from Bangladesh 2027: Complete Guide to Universities, Tuition Fees, Admission & Student Visa By Dr. Eakramul Haque, BDS (DU) Founder & Managing Director, Creative Consultancy Updated: October 2026 Planning to study in Malaysia in 2027? Before choosing a university, you probably have several questions. How much will your degree cost? Can you apply after HSC? Is IELTS compulsory? How does the Malaysian student visa process work? And how much time should you allow before travelling? At Creative Consultancy, these are questions we regularly discuss with Bangladeshi students and parents. Malaysia offers a wide range of higher education programmes through public universities, private universities and international branch campuses. Many courses are taught in English, and students can choose from subjects such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Medicine, Pharmacy and other fields. However, the right university depends on more than tuition fees or rankings. You also need to understand admission eligibility, programme recognition, immigration requirements and your plans after graduation. This guide explains the main requirements for Bangladeshi students using official information published by Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) and Education Malaysia. 1. Why Choose Malaysia for Higher Education? Malaysia offers undergraduate, postgraduate and research programmes across a broad range of subjects. Students can consider public universities such as Universiti Malaya, Universiti Putra Malaysia and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, alongside private institutions including Asia Pacific University, INTI International University, SEGi University, UCSI University, Taylor's University, Sunway University and the University of Cyberjaya. International branch campuses, including Monash University Malaysia and the University of Nottingham Malaysia, provide additional options. Many private universities offer multiple intakes during the year, although intake dates and available programmes vary. For Bangladeshi families, Malaysia's relative proximity to Bangladesh may also make travelling between the two countries more convenient. 2. Admission Requirements for Bangladeshi Students According to Education Malaysia, international students generally need at least 12 years of education and a recognised national or international examination for admission to diploma or degree programmes. After SSC Bangladesh's SSC normally represents 10 years of schooling. Therefore, SSC alone should not be assumed sufficient for standard diploma or degree admission. Any proposed alternative pathway should be checked directly with the university and relevant authorities. After HSC Students who have completed HSC may apply for eligible undergraduate programmes, subject to academic results, subject prerequisites and English-language requirements. Master's and PhD Programmes Postgraduate applicants must meet the university's requirements for their chosen programme. Research-based courses may also require a research proposal or confirmation of supervision. Official reference: Education Malaysia – Frequently Asked Questions 3. Is IELTS Compulsory for Malaysia? EMGS requires acceptable evidence of English-language proficiency for Student Pass applications, subject to the applicable requirements and exemptions. IELTS is one accepted qualification, but it is not the only possible English-language test. The university determines the academic English requirements for its programme, while EMGS applies the relevant documentation requirements for the immigration application. Students should confirm which tests or exemptions are accepted before applying. Official reference: EMGS – Student Visa Guidelines 4. Tuition Fees in Malaysia Education Malaysia publishes the following average annual undergraduate tuition estimates for international students. University Type Average Annual Tuition Public universities USD 2,500–5,000 Private institutions USD 6,000–9,500 These are general published estimates rather than fixed tuition fees for 2027. Fees vary depending on the institution, qualification and programme. Medicine, dentistry and some specialist programmes can cost considerably more. Education Malaysia also reports that a 6% Sales and Service Tax on international student tuition fees took effect on 1 July 2025. Students should request an official tuition fee schedule from their chosen university, including applicable taxes. Official references: Education Malaysia – Tuition and Living Costs Education Malaysia – SST on International Tuition Fees 5. Malaysia Student Visa Process for Bangladeshi Students The Student Pass application is processed through EMGS and the relevant Malaysian immigration authorities. The general process is as follows. Step 1: Receive a university offer letter Apply to an eligible Malaysian educational institution and obtain an admission offer. Step 2: Submit the Student Pass application Applications can be submitted through the institution's EMGS system or another authorised EMGS application route. Step 3: Complete document verification EMGS checks the submitted academic, passport and other required documents. Step 4: Receive the electronic Visa Approval Letter (eVAL) The eVAL is issued following the relevant immigration approval. EMGS states that the eVAL is valid for six months from issuance. Students must not enter Malaysia for their studies while their eVAL is still being processed. Step 5: Obtain the Single-Entry Visa (SEV) Bangladesh is on EMGS's official list of countries whose nationals require a Single-Entry Visa before travelling to Malaysia. Students can follow the applicable Malaysian eVISA procedure after obtaining the eVAL. Step 6: Travel to Malaysia Travel after receiving the required immigration approval and entry visa. Step 7: Complete medical screening New international students must complete the required medical screening within seven working days of arrival. Step 8: Student Pass endorsement After the required medical and immigration procedures, the institution coordinates the Student Pass endorsement. Official references: EMGS – Student Visa Guidelines EMGS – SEV Required Countries 6. How Long Does the Malaysia Student Visa Process Take? According to Education Malaysia, the EMGS client charter is 14 working days for a complete Student Pass application. However, this is a processing target and does not guarantee approval within 14 working days. University admission, document preparation, immigration clearance and the Single-Entry Visa process may require additional time. For straightforward cases, students may use approximately one to two months as an initial planning estimate for admission and pre-arrival visa arrangements, but should allow more time where possible. The actual timeline depends on the application and the authorities involved. Official reference: Education Malaysia – Student Pass FAQ 7. Documents Required for a Malaysia Student Visa EMGS identifies the following documents among the standard requirements for new Student Pass applications: Passport photograph with a white background, measuring 35 mm × 45 mm Passport biodata page and other relevant passport pages University offer letter Health Declaration Form Academic certificates and transcripts English-language evidence, where applicable Additional documents required for the specific application Passport Validity EMGS requires a passport with at least 18 months of validity for a new Student Pass application. For certain one-off Student Pass applications, EMGS recommends validity extending 12 months beyond the intended duration of study. Do Students Need to Submit Every Passport Page? EMGS generally requests the passport biodata page, pages containing visa information and relevant observation pages. Its specific list of nationalities required to submit every passport page does not include Bangladesh. However, a university may still request a complete passport scan for its own administrative procedures. Official reference: EMGS – Required Documents 8. EMGS Student Visa Fees EMGS publishes an official fee schedule for Student Pass applications. According to its schedule dated 28 October 2025, the following standard charges apply to new applications at public and private institutions. Fee Published Amount New student processing fee, study duration over 6 and up to 12 months RM 1,600 eVAL processing fee RM 150 i-Kad processing fee RM 50 Student Pass sticker fee RM 60 EMGS medical screening option RM 250 These amounts do not represent the total payable cost. EMGS processing and eVAL fees are subject to 8% service tax under the published schedule. Insurance, applicable immigration visa charges, personal bond, university fees and other costs may apply separately. Personal Bond for Bangladeshi Students The EMGS personal bond schedule lists RM 750 for Bangladesh . The personal bond is generally handled through the educational institution. Refund arrangements are subject to the applicable conditions, including compliance with immigration rules. Official references: EMGS – Schedule of Fees, 28 October 2025 EMGS – Personal Bond Requirements 9. Medical Screening and Health Insurance According to EMGS, new international students must complete post-arrival medical screening at an approved panel clinic within seven working days of arriving in Malaysia. For public university students, the applicable university medical arrangements may be used. Failure to complete the required screening can prevent the Student Pass endorsement process from proceeding. Health insurance is also compulsory for international students throughout their period of study. Official references: EMGS – Medical Screening Guidelines Education Malaysia – Insurance Requirements 10. Can International Students Work Part-Time in Malaysia? International students may be permitted to work for a maximum of 20 hours per week during semester breaks or holidays exceeding seven days, subject to immigration approval. Employment is restricted to permitted sectors and roles. Students should not assume that they can work freely during regular teaching weeks. For this reason, part-time employment should not be treated as a guaranteed way to pay tuition or living expenses. Official reference: Education Malaysia – Student Employment Rules 11. Can Bangladeshi Students Stay in Malaysia After Graduation? Malaysia offers a Graduate Pass for eligible graduates from specified countries. However, Bangladesh is not included in the eligible nationality list published by EMGS as of October 2026. Bangladeshi students should therefore not plan on receiving the 12-month Graduate Pass under the current nationality requirements. Other immigration routes may have separate conditions. Official reference: EMGS – Graduate Pass 12. Studying Medicine and Healthcare in Malaysia Malaysia offers programmes in medicine, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy and other healthcare fields. Students interested in these programmes should verify both academic accreditation and professional recognition. For example, a student planning to practise medicine or dentistry in Bangladesh should check the applicable Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council requirements before admission. Students considering future practice in the UK, USA, Australia or another country should separately review that country's licensing and registration rules. As a BDS graduate, I believe these questions should be addressed before choosing a medical university. A degree's professional recognition can affect what you are eligible to do after graduation. 13. Frequently Asked Questions Can I study in Malaysia after HSC? Yes, provided you meet the university's programme-specific requirements. Can I study after SSC? Education Malaysia generally specifies at least 12 years of education for international diploma or degree admission. Any alternative pathway needs individual verification. Is IELTS mandatory? What I Learned from Exploring Medical Education in 30+ Countries
What I Learned from Exploring Medical Education in 30+ Countries By Dr. Eakramul Haque, BDS (DU), Founder & Managing Director, Creative Consultancy When I started advising students in 2021, I thought I understood medical education. I had studied dentistry. I knew the late nights, the exams and the clinical pressure. But knowing one system is very different from understanding many. Since then, I’ve travelled to more than 30 countries to look at medical and healthcare education up close: campuses, laboratories, libraries and teaching environments. This post isn’t a list of countries I’ve visited. It’s what those journeys taught me, in plain words, for the students and parents who are trying to make one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Lesson 1: The Same Degree Can Mean Very Different Things “MBBS” sounds like one thing. It isn’t. Some countries offer direct-entry programs after secondary school. Others, like many Doctor of Medicine programs in the Philippines, follow a graduate-entry model with premedical requirements. Course length, structure, teaching style and assessment all change from place to place. So when a student says, “I want to study medicine in [country],” my first thought is: which kind of program, and does it fit you? Lesson 2: A Country Is Not a University It is tempting to say “Malaysia is good” or “Kyrgyzstan is affordable.” But two universities in the same country can be very different in curriculum, facilities, clinical exposure and recognition. That’s why we encourage students to evaluate individual institutions , never just a flag on a map. The country is where you’ll live. The university is what shapes your training. Lesson 3: Clinical Training Is Where Doctors Are Made Lectures matter. But the moment a student stands beside a real patient is when learning becomes real. The questions I now ask everywhere I go: Where does clinical training take place? When do students first enter the hospital? How much hands-on experience do students actually get? In which language will patients be spoken to? A beautiful building tells you little. The clinical pathway tells you a lot. Lesson 4: Brochures Can’t Show You Everything I’ve read hundreds of university brochures. They’re useful, but they are also marketing. Walking through a library, looking at a laboratory, seeing how a program is organised: these things give you a feeling a PDF never can. I’m not saying every student must travel before choosing. But it’s why I believe advice should come from people who have looked beyond the brochure. Lesson 5: “Recognised” Depends on Where You Want to Work This is the lesson I wish every family heard first. A medical degree is not recognised or unrecognised in a single universal way. It depends on your destination: Returning to Bangladesh? Check the current requirements of the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC). Dreaming of the USA? Look at ECFMG certification, USMLE and residency pathways. Thinking of the UK? Understand General Medical Council (GMC) registration. Australia, Canada or New Zealand? Each has its own assessment and registration route. These rules change, so always confirm with the official authority. A university that suits one student’s goal may not suit another’s, even with identical grades. Lesson 6: The Real Cost Is Bigger Than the Tuition Fee Medical study takes years. Over that time the real cost includes accommodation, food, travel, insurance, visa renewals, books and exam fees, plus possible postgraduate expenses later. Families deserve a realistic picture before they commit, not a surprise in year three. Lesson 7: Language Goes Beyond the Classroom Many programs are taught in English. But a doctor eventually talks with patients, nurses and colleagues. Students should understand what language their clinical years will involve, and how well they will cope with it. Lesson 8: The Student Matters More Than the Ranking I’ve met students who were excited by a famous name and students who were anxious about a lesser-known one. The right choice was rarely the one with the best ranking. It was the one that fit the student’s academic level, budget, personality and goals. A good university is not automatically a good university for you . Lesson 9: Admission Is a Beginning, Not a Finish Line After the offer letter come new cities, new teaching styles, new exams, and later, licensing and career decisions. Students often have more questions after admission than before. That’s why I want Creative Consultancy to remain a place students can return to for advice, long after the application is over. Lesson 10: Honesty Is the Best Counselling I can’t promise a visa. I can’t promise a scholarship. I can’t promise that a degree guarantees a licence, a residency or a job. Many things depend on embassies, universities, regulators and the student’s own effort. What I can promise is realistic information and honest advice, including the parts that are harder to hear. What I’d Tell Every Student Before They Choose Decide where you want to practise , then work backwards. Compare universities, not just countries. Ask where clinical training happens, and when it starts. Check recognition with the official authority of your target country. Work out the full cost for the whole course. Be wary of anyone who guarantees outcomes they cannot control. Choose a counsellor who stays with you after admission. Where I Went Next My travels also shaped Creative Consultancy. Our medical work began in 2021 with MBBS and BDS students. Malaysia became an important destination, and in Kyrgyzstan I say our team has supported around 500 students. As students asked for more, we grew into a wider study abroad consultancy, with the CCApply platform connecting students, agents and institutions. Through all of it, the lesson stays the same: think about the student’s future before choosing the university, not after finishing the degree. Frequently Asked Questions Which country is best to study MBBS abroad? There isn’t one best country. It depends on your academic profile, budget, language comfort and where you want to practise. Compare individual universities and their recognition for your target country. Is studying medicine abroad worth it for Bangladeshi students? For some students it is, but consider eligibility, total cost, clinical training and registration requirements, including BMDC rules if you plan to return home. How do I check whether a medical university is recognised? Check with the official regulator of the country where you plan to practise (for example BMDC, ECFMG, GMC or AMC), and confirm the university’s accreditation. Don’t rely only on what a university or agent says. Does Creative Consultancy guarantee admission, visa or scholarship? No. Those decisions belong to universities, embassies and scholarship providers. We offer honest guidance and careful preparation. Which countries has Dr. Haque explored? Countries across Asia, Europe, Africa, the Americas and Oceania, including Malaysia, Kyrgyzstan, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Georgia, Egypt, the Philippines, Russia, China, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Beyond Admission, Beyond Borders: Our Story Since 2021
Every company has a first chapter. Ours began in 2021 with a simple observation: students were making the biggest decision of their lives with very little honest guidance. This is how Creative Consultancy grew from a small team helping students study medicine abroad into a Dhaka-based education consultancy and the CCApply platform. It’s also a promise about where we’re going next. 2021: It Started With Medical Students In the beginning we had one focus: helping Bangladeshi students who wanted to study MBBS and BDS abroad . That was a deliberate choice. Our founder, Dr. Eakramul Haque, is a dental graduate (BDS, City Dental College, University of Dhaka). He knew how demanding medical education is, and he knew how many families were choosing a university without answering the questions that matter most: Will this degree be recognised where I want to work? What does the clinical training look like? What can I do after graduation? We decided to start with those questions, not with the admission form. Learning Country by Country Medical education is different everywhere. Some countries offer direct-entry programs after secondary school. Others expect a first degree. Languages, fees and professional recognition rules all vary. So we didn’t learn from brochures alone. Since 2021, Dr. Haque reports travelling to more than 30 countries to see campuses, laboratories, libraries and teaching environments for himself. What he saw shaped how we advise students today. Malaysia: Where the Relationships Began Malaysia became one of our first important destinations. Working with students and university representatives there taught us the practical side of international admissions: entry requirements, program choices, the student pass process and what students need to prepare before they fly. Those lessons still shape our guidance, from the right documents to the full-time, on-campus rule for international students. (If you are planning Malaysia, our Malaysia student visa and documents guide covers it step by step.) Kyrgyzstan: A Chapter That Grew Fast Kyrgyzstan became the next major chapter. According to Dr. Haque, our team has supported approximately 500 students pursuing medical education there. Working with that many families taught us what students really worry about: total cost, accommodation, eligibility, and whether the university will support their long-term plans. It also taught us not to treat every university in a country as the same. Growing Beyond Medicine, Without Losing Our Purpose As more students came to us, their questions grew too. Some wanted business, engineering or computing. Some wanted a master’s degree. Many asked about IELTS, scholarships and visas. So we expanded into broader study abroad counselling, including: Country, university and program selection Application and document support IELTS preparation Scholarship guidance Student visa guidance Pre-departure support But the heart of the company didn’t change. We still believe a student should be understood before they are placed. Creative Consultancy and CCApply: One Company As the work grew, we needed a platform that could connect more than just students. Universities, education agents and institutional partners are all part of the journey too. That’s how CCApply came to be. The relationship is simple: Creative Consultancy is the registered company, and the name most students in Bangladesh know us by. CCApply is our brand and online platform at ccapply.com , connecting students, agents, universities and partners. It’s one company with two names for different audiences, not two competing businesses. Four Years of Learning One Lesson After four consecutive years of student recruitment, one lesson stands out: trust matters more than numbers. A long list of applications doesn’t make a good consultancy. A student who is well matched, well prepared and realistically informed does. That’s why we screen profiles, check documents and tell students the truth, even when it isn’t what they hoped to hear. What “Beyond Admission” Really Means An offer letter is not the finish line. Afterwards come visa preparation, travel plans, arrival, new teaching styles and, for medical students, years of exams and big career decisions. So we try to stay in touch after the admission email arrives. For students it means someone to ask. For parents it means they aren’t alone with their questions. What “Beyond Borders” Really Means Studying abroad crosses countries, cultures and systems. For us, “beyond borders” means three things: Beyond one destination. We help you compare countries instead of pushing a single option. Beyond one stage. We care about your plan from first conversation to life after graduation. Beyond one role. We work with students, agents, universities and partners so the whole journey runs more smoothly. What We Will Never Do We think students deserve plain words, so here are our promises: We won’t promise a guaranteed visa. Embassies and immigration authorities decide. We won’t promise a guaranteed scholarship. Universities and providers decide. We won’t recommend a university just because it’s easy to get into. We won’t pretend that admission guarantees a licence, residency or job. Where We’re Headed Our goal is simple: to be a trusted name in international education from Bangladesh. We want to earn that through quality, honest counselling and long-term relationships, not through slogans. We want universities to trust the students we represent, and families to trust the advice we give. Frequently Asked Questions When did Creative Consultancy start? Our medical education work began in 2021, focused on students who wanted to study MBBS and BDS abroad. Is CCApply a different company? No. CCApply is the brand and online platform of Creative Consultancy, the registered company. What services do you offer? Study abroad counselling, university and program selection, application support, IELTS preparation, scholarship guidance, visa guidance and pre-departure support. Do you only help medical students? No. We began with MBBS and BDS, but now help students with many subjects and levels. Can you guarantee my visa or scholarship? No. Those decisions belong to embassies, immigration authorities and universities. We guide you carefully and honestly. Where is your office? Ka-7/B, Bashundhara R/A Main Road, Dhaka-1229, Bangladesh. Be Part of the Next Chapter If you’re thinking about studying abroad, you don’t need every answer today. Dr. Eakramul Haque, BDS (DU): The Doctor Behind Creative Consultancy
Most education consultancies are started by business people. Creative Consultancy was started by a doctor. That detail changes the way the whole company talks to students. When a student says, “I want to study MBBS abroad,” Dr. Eakramul Haque doesn’t hear a sales lead. He hears someone about to spend years of their life, and a lot of their family’s money, on a path he understands from the inside. This is his story, and the reason students and parents in Bangladesh keep asking, “Who is the doctor behind Creative Consultancy?” Who Is Dr. Eakramul Haque? Dr. Eakramul Haque is the Founder and Managing Director of Creative Consultancy, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is a dental graduate who completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) at City Dental College, affiliated with the University of Dhaka. Before he ever advised a student, he sat through the long lectures, the anatomy exams and the clinical training that medical and dental students go through. That is why he can answer questions most consultants can’t: What will the first two years actually feel like? Why do clinical years matter so much when you compare universities? What does a degree mean once you step into a hospital? Why a Doctor Started an Education Consultancy Dr. Haque noticed a pattern. Many aspiring doctors were choosing a medical university the way people choose a product online: by price, by a brochure, or by what a friend’s cousin said. Very few asked the harder question: What happens after graduation? Will the degree be recognised where I want to work? Can I sit for licensing exams? What if I want to practise in the UK, Australia or the USA, or come home to Bangladesh? His belief became the foundation of Creative Consultancy: Think about the student’s future before choosing the university, not after finishing the degree. Over 30 Countries, and Not Just From a Desk Since 2021, Dr. Haque reports having travelled to more than 30 countries to study medical and healthcare education up close. He has looked at university campuses, laboratories, libraries and teaching facilities, and at how different systems structure their medical programs. His experience spans: Asia and the Middle East: Malaysia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Russia, China, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Singapore, Japan, the Philippines and the UAE Europe: Hungary, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Denmark, Sweden, Montenegro and the UK Africa: Egypt The Americas and Caribbean: Antigua and Barbuda, Guyana and other destinations Oceania: Australia and New Zealand Why does this matter to you? Because a country is not one thing. Two universities in the same country can differ a lot in curriculum, clinical exposure and recognition. Seeing them in person is how advice becomes more than a guess. From Medical Admissions to a Wider Mission Creative Consultancy’s medical work began in 2021, focused on students who wanted to study MBBS and BDS abroad. Malaysia became an important destination, followed by substantial work in Kyrgyzstan, where Dr. Haque says the team has supported around 500 students. Over time the company grew into a broader study abroad consultancy, helping students with university selection, applications, IELTS preparation, scholarships, visas and pre-departure planning. Its online platform, CCApply, now connects students, agents and institutions. Through that growth, one thing stayed the same: the medical student’s journey is still close to Dr. Haque’s heart. How a Doctor’s Mindset Shapes Our Counselling Doctors don’t prescribe before they diagnose. Dr. Haque applies the same idea to counselling. 1. Understand the student first. Grades, budget, family expectations, interests and career dreams all come before any university name is mentioned. 2. Look beyond the brochure. Curriculum, clinical training, language of instruction and accreditation matter more than a glossy prospectus. 3. Plan the career, not just the admission. A student who dreams of the USMLE route in the USA, GMC registration in the UK, or AMC registration in Australia needs a different plan from someone returning to practise in Bangladesh. 4. Stay honest. Admission to medical school does not guarantee a licence, a residency or a job. Students deserve to hear that clearly, and from the start. A Simple Example Imagine two students with the same results, both wanting to study medicine abroad. One plans to return to Bangladesh after graduating. The other dreams of residency in the United States. Same grades, different futures, so possibly different universities. A good counsellor sees that difference before the application is sent, not after the degree is finished. That is the kind of thinking Dr. Haque brings to every consultation. Beyond the Offer Letter Getting an offer letter feels like the finish line, but for a medical student it is the starting line. New country, new teaching style, new exams, and later, big decisions about postgraduate training and licensing. Creative Consultancy aims to stay available to students after admission, so they have someone to ask when their questions change. For parents, that long-term relationship is often what gives them the confidence to say yes. Why Students and Parents Trust Creative Consultancy Led by a healthcare graduate who understands what medical study really demands Broad international experience across more than 30 countries, reported by the founder Personalised guidance based on your academic profile, budget and goals Realistic advice : no guaranteed visas, no guaranteed scholarships, no empty promises Support that continues after your admission Frequently Asked Questions Who is Dr. Eakramul Haque? Beyond Admission, Beyond Borders: Dr. Eakramul Haque and the Story Behind Creative Consultancy
A Doctor's Journey Across 30+ Countries to Help Students Choose the Right Medical Education and Build Their Future Careers Founder & Managing Director: Dr. Eakramul Haque, BDS (DU) Organization: Creative Consultancy Headquarters: Dhaka, Bangladesh Website: www.creativeconsultancy.com.bd Online Application Platform: https://ccapply.com Introduction: Becoming a Doctor Is a Dream. Choosing the Right Path Is the Challenge. Every year, thousands of students dream of becoming doctors. Some dream of wearing a white coat and serving patients in their home country. Others imagine themselves working in hospitals in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Europe. For many families, this dream involves years of preparation, significant financial investment, and difficult decisions. Where should the student study medicine? Which university offers the right academic environment? Will the medical qualification be recognized? What happens after graduation? Can a student who completes an MBBS degree in Malaysia, Kyrgyzstan, Hungary, or another country eventually become a licensed doctor in the United States or Australia? These are questions that deserve careful answers. Unfortunately, many students begin their international medical education without fully understanding the professional requirements they may face after graduation. This is where Dr. Eakramul Haque, BDS (DU), Founder and Managing Director of Creative Consultancy , has chosen to focus his work. As a healthcare graduate and international education professional, Dr. Haque believes that choosing a medical university should never be treated as a simple admission decision. It is the beginning of a professional journey that may shape the rest of a student's life. His approach is guided by one belief: A student's future should be considered before choosing a university, not after completing a degree. That belief has shaped Creative Consultancy's work with aspiring medical professionals across international education destinations. Meet Dr. Eakramul Haque, BDS (DU): The Doctor Behind Creative Consultancy Dr. Eakramul Haque is a Bangladeshi dental graduate, education entrepreneur, and international medical education consultant. He completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) at City Dental College, affiliated with the University of Dhaka. His background in healthcare education gives him firsthand knowledge of the academic demands associated with becoming a medical or dental professional. He understands the importance of foundational medical sciences, clinical training, practical learning, and professional examinations. But his professional interests eventually extended beyond his own medical education. He became interested in a question faced by countless aspiring doctors: How can students choose an international medical university that supports their long-term professional ambitions? Answering that question became an important part of his work. Rather than limiting his knowledge to the medical education system in Bangladesh, Dr. Haque began exploring universities and healthcare education opportunities internationally. Since 2021, he reports having travelled to more than 30 countries, examining medical education systems, university curricula, academic environments, laboratories, libraries, and available training facilities. His experience has helped shape the way Creative Consultancy approaches international student counselling. Today, he leads the organization with a particular interest in medical university selection, international admissions, and long-term career planning. A Healthcare Graduate Who Understands the Student's Journey Medical education is demanding. Students spend years studying complex subjects, preparing for examinations, developing clinical skills, and learning to take responsibility for patient care. A student considering medical school abroad must also deal with unfamiliar academic systems, cultural differences, and uncertainty about future professional opportunities. Dr. Haque understands these concerns through his own healthcare education and his work with international students. He believes that students deserve advice that considers their academic qualifications, financial circumstances, personal interests, and professional ambitions. For him, a university recommendation should begin with understanding the student. More Than 30 Countries: A Journey Through International Medical Education One of the most distinctive aspects of Dr. Haque's professional background is the geographical scope of his experience. Since 2021, he reports having travelled extensively to explore medical and healthcare education opportunities. His research has involved reviewing course structures, academic facilities, university environments, and the differences between medical education systems. Through Creative Consultancy, he has also developed experience supporting students considering international education opportunities in multiple regions. Asia and the Middle East His reported international experience includes: Malaysia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Russia, China, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Singapore, Japan, the Philippines, and the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai. These destinations offer different academic structures, admission requirements, and educational pathways. Some countries offer direct-entry medical programs following secondary education. Others follow graduate-entry models or have additional premedical requirements. Understanding these differences is essential when advising international students. Europe Dr. Haque's experience also includes: Hungary, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Denmark, Sweden, Montenegro, and the United Kingdom. European medical education attracts students from many parts of the world. However, admission requirements, languages of instruction, program structures, and professional registration rules differ between institutions and countries. Dr. Haque's work emphasizes the importance of understanding those differences before selecting a university. Africa Egypt has been an important destination in Creative Consultancy's medical education activities. The organization reports experience assisting students interested in several Egyptian medical universities. North America, South America, and the Caribbean Dr. Haque has also described international education activities involving Antigua and Barbuda, Guyana, and other Caribbean destinations. These regions offer medical education pathways that require careful consideration of institutional recognition, clinical training arrangements, and professional licensing eligibility. Oceania Australia and New Zealand are also among the countries included in Creative Consultancy's international education experience. Both countries have specific professional registration requirements for medical graduates. Students hoping to pursue medical careers in these destinations should investigate those requirements well before graduation. Learning Beyond University Brochures Dr. Haque believes that university selection should involve more than reading promotional materials. During his international travels, he reports examining university campuses, laboratories, libraries, teaching facilities, and academic structures. He has explored how different institutions organize their medical programs and how students may prepare for future professional opportunities. This international exposure helps inform the questions Creative Consultancy asks when evaluating educational options. For students and parents, those questions matter. A medical degree requires years of study and considerable investment. Choosing an institution without understanding its academic structure and professional implications can create difficulties later. How Creative Consultancy Began: A Mission Rooted in Medical Education Creative Consultancy's early medical education activities began in 2021. At that time, the organization concentrated primarily on students interested in studying MBBS and BDS abroad. Its initial focus was helping Bangladeshi students understand international medical education opportunities and navigate university admissions. As the organization gained experience, its activities expanded. Malaysia became an important destination, followed by substantial work involving Kyrgyzstan and other countries. Over time, Creative Consultancy developed relationships with university representatives and gained practical experience supporting students pursuing international education. The organization subsequently expanded into a broader range of educational programs while continuing to maintain a strong interest in medicine and healthcare education. For Dr. Haque, the underlying purpose has remained consistent. He wants students to make informed decisions about their education and understand the opportunities available after graduation. Creative Consultancy's Experience with Medical Universities Worldwide Creative Consultancy reports experience assisting students with medical education opportunities at universities across several countries. Its work has included communication with international admissions departments, student application support, and guidance on academic program selection. The following institutions are among those specifically identified by Dr. Haque through his organization's reported experience. Malaysia: Developing Long-Term University Relationships Malaysia has played an important role in Creative Consultancy's international education activities. The organization reports supporting medical students interested in institutions including: University of Cyberjaya Manipal University College Malaysia UCSI University SEGi University Creative Consultancy has developed professional relationships with university representatives through its international student recruitment activities. These relationships have helped the organization gain experience with admission requirements, program selection, and international student procedures. For students considering Malaysia, Creative Consultancy emphasizes understanding the curriculum, academic costs, clinical training arrangements, and professional recognition requirements. Kyrgyzstan: Experience Supporting Hundreds of Medical Students Kyrgyzstan is another major destination in Creative Consultancy's reported medical education work. According to Dr. Haque, the organization has assisted approximately 500 students pursuing medical education opportunities in the country. Its experience includes institutions such as: International University of Kyrgyzstan Kyrgyz State Medical Academy Osh State University Ala-Too International University Avicenna International University This experience has helped Creative Consultancy become familiar with the questions students and families commonly face when considering medical education in Kyrgyzstan. Students need to understand university eligibility, academic requirements, accommodation, total expenses, and future professional recognition. Creative Consultancy encourages students to evaluate individual institutions rather than assuming that every university within a country offers the same educational opportunities. Hungary: Experience in European Medical Education Hungary has been another important country in Dr. Haque's international education activities. He reports having supported students interested in several Hungarian universities, including the University of Debrecen. Hungary is home to established medical education institutions such as: University of Debrecen Semmelweis University University of Pécs University of Szeged These institutions offer medical education opportunities that prospective international students may wish to compare. Dr. Haque has reported broad student placement experience in Hungary. However, the inclusion of an institution in this list does not independently confirm a placement or formal partnership with Creative Consultancy. When advising students interested in Hungary, Creative Consultancy aims to consider the curriculum, admission requirements, academic costs, clinical training opportunities, and future licensing objectives. Poland and Romania: Exploring Additional European Pathways Creative Consultancy also reports experience working with students interested in medical education in Poland and Romania. These countries have universities offering medical education programs, including English-language options at selected institutions. Students considering Poland may research institutions such as the Medical University of Warsaw and Jagiellonian University Medical College. In Romania, institutions worth investigating include Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy and Iuliu Hațieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy. These universities are included as examples of institutions for comparison, rather than independently verified Creative Consultancy placement partners. Creative Consultancy's approach is to help students assess whether a particular institution and program fit their academic profile and professional ambitions. Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina Dr. Haque has also identified student placement experience involving universities in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. These include: University of Belgrade University of Niš University of Kragujevac University of Sarajevo These institutions form part of the organization's reported experience in European medical education. Students considering these destinations should examine the available programs, language of instruction, clinical training arrangements, and professional recognition requirements. Georgia: Medical Education Opportunities in Tbilisi Georgia has attracted international students interested in medical education. Creative Consultancy reports experience involving medical education opportunities in Tbilisi, including Alte University. Students considering Georgia should investigate the individual university's program accreditation, curriculum, clinical training arrangements, and eligibility for professional registration in their intended destination. Egypt: Experience with Established Medical Universities Egypt has also been part of Creative Consultancy's medical education activities. Dr. Haque reports experience assisting students interested in institutions including: Cairo University Ain Shams University Mansoura University Alexandria University For students considering Egypt, important questions include admission eligibility, language requirements, academic structure, clinical education, and future professional registration. The Philippines: Understanding a Different Medical Education System The Philippines is another country Dr. Haque has explored through his international medical education work. Its medical education system differs from the direct-entry MBBS structure familiar to many South Asian students. Many Philippine Doctor of Medicine programs follow a graduate-entry model. Institutions that prospective students may investigate include: University of the Philippines Manila University of Santo Tomas Cebu Doctors' University Our Lady of Fatima University These are examples of institutions offering medical education opportunities, rather than confirmed Creative Consultancy placement partners. Students considering the Philippines should understand the relevant premedical requirements, program duration, and future licensing implications. Central Asia, Russia, China, and Other International Destinations Creative Consultancy reports experience involving Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Russia, and China. These destinations offer different approaches to medical education and international student admission. Students should carefully examine the relevant university's curriculum, language of instruction, accreditation, clinical training arrangements, and recognition requirements. Creative Consultancy's international experience also extends to Bulgaria, Denmark, Sweden, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand, Antigua and Barbuda, Guyana, and other destinations. The organization's reported activities across these countries include different forms of educational research, university exploration, student counselling, and international admissions work. Why Choose Creative Consultancy for MBBS Abroad? Choosing an education consultancy is an important decision. Students and parents should consider the organization's experience, transparency, university knowledge, and ability to provide appropriate guidance. Creative Consultancy aims to distinguish its services through its founder's healthcare background, international experience, and commitment to long-term educational planning. 1. Guidance Led by a Healthcare Graduate Creative Consultancy is led by Dr. Eakramul Haque, BDS (DU). His healthcare education helps him understand the academic demands of medical and dental studies. This background informs his approach to discussing curricula, clinical training, academic progression, and future professional requirements. 2. International Experience Across More Than 30 Countries Dr. Haque reports having researched medical and healthcare education opportunities across more than 30 countries. This experience provides a broad perspective when comparing universities and educational systems. It also helps Creative Consultancy consider options beyond a small number of commonly promoted destinations. 3. Personalized University and Course Selection Every student has different academic qualifications, financial circumstances, and career ambitions. Creative Consultancy aims to understand those differences before recommending educational options. The organization considers factors such as academic eligibility, tuition fees, living expenses, curriculum, language of instruction, clinical training, institutional recognition, and future professional objectives. The aim is to help students choose a program they understand and can realistically pursue. 4. Medical Curriculum and Academic Guidance Students should understand what they will study before committing to a medical program. Creative Consultancy helps prospective students review available information about program structures, academic requirements, clinical training arrangements, and educational facilities. Where students need further academic assistance after enrollment, the organization aims to help them identify appropriate university resources and guidance. Formal academic decisions remain the responsibility of the university. 5. Long-Term International Medical Career Planning Many students who study medicine abroad eventually hope to pursue professional opportunities in another country. Creative Consultancy helps students explore the requirements associated with international medical career pathways. These may include examinations, qualification verification, postgraduate training, professional registration, and other regulatory requirements. The organization emphasizes that admission to medical school does not guarantee future licensing or employment. 6. Guidance Beyond University Admission One of Creative Consultancy's central commitments is maintaining a relationship with students beyond their initial university application. Students may later need guidance about postgraduate education, professional examinations, or future academic opportunities. Creative Consultancy aims to remain available as an educational adviser as students consider these decisions, subject to the services and arrangements available. Our relationship with a student begins with understanding their ambitions and is intended to continue beyond university admission. From Medical School to International Medical Practice For many aspiring doctors, studying medicine abroad is the first stage of a longer international career plan. However, every country has its own requirements for medical registration and professional practice. Creative Consultancy encourages students to investigate these requirements before choosing a university. United States: Understanding the USMLE Pathway International medical graduates interested in practicing medicine in the United States generally need to understand the requirements associated with ECFMG certification, USMLE examinations, postgraduate residency training, and state medical licensing. Eligibility depends on the medical school and the individual applicant's circumstances. Passing examinations alone does not guarantee residency placement or medical licensure. Official information is available through ECFMG and USMLE. United Kingdom: GMC Registration International medical graduates interested in the United Kingdom must meet the relevant requirements of the General Medical Council. Depending on their qualifications, applicants may need to demonstrate English language proficiency, meet examination requirements, and provide evidence of appropriate clinical experience. The PLAB route remains relevant for many international medical graduates, although alternative routes may apply. Australia: AMC and Medical Registration Australia has several pathways for international medical graduates. Depending on their qualifications and circumstances, applicants may need to complete assessments involving the Australian Medical Council and meet the requirements of the Medical Board of Australia. Professional registration is not automatic after completing an overseas medical degree. Canada: Medical Licensing and Residency Canada has specific requirements for international medical graduates. These may include credential verification, examinations, postgraduate training, and provincial or territorial registration requirements. Residency opportunities can be highly competitive, and eligibility varies. New Zealand: Medical Council Registration New Zealand also has distinct professional registration pathways. Depending on their qualifications and experience, international medical graduates may need to meet examination, assessment, or supervised practice requirements. Students should investigate the applicable pathway before making educational decisions. Why the Right Medical University Matters Consider two students. Both want to study medicine abroad. Both have similar academic qualifications. But one wants to return to Bangladesh after graduation, while the other hopes to pursue postgraduate medical training in the United States. Their university selection considerations may be different. The first student needs to investigate the applicable Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council requirements. The second must also consider the medical school's eligibility for relevant United States certification and postgraduate training processes. A university that suits one student's objectives may not necessarily be the best choice for another. This is why Creative Consultancy emphasizes individualized counselling. Dr. Haque believes that a student's future ambitions should be discussed before making a final university decision. More Than an Admission Letter: A Long-Term Relationship with Students For students moving abroad, university admission is only the beginning. After arriving in a new country, students must adjust to unfamiliar academic environments, different teaching methods, and the demands of medical education. As they progress, their questions may change. They may become interested in postgraduate qualifications, medical licensing examinations, research opportunities, or professional careers in another country. Creative Consultancy aims to maintain a relationship with students as they consider these possibilities. Dr. Haque wants students to feel comfortable returning for educational advice even after their initial admission process has ended. For parents, this approach can also provide reassurance. Sending a child abroad to study medicine is a major commitment. Families deserve clear information about academic programs, costs, recognition, and future professional requirements. Creative Consultancy aims to help students and parents make these decisions with greater confidence. The Vision of Dr. Eakramul Haque Dr. Haque's vision for Creative Consultancy is closely connected to his experience as a healthcare graduate and international education professional. He wants students to receive guidance that considers their entire educational journey. His reported experience across more than 30 countries has exposed him to different university systems, academic environments, and professional pathways. Through Creative Consultancy, he aims to use that knowledge to help aspiring doctors make informed decisions. His objective is to build lasting relationships with students and support them as they pursue their educational ambitions. He believes that the responsibility of an education adviser should extend beyond completing an application. Students deserve to understand the opportunities and challenges that may await them after graduation. A Personal Message from Our Founder Dr. Eakramul Haque, BDS (DU) Founder & Managing Director, Creative Consultancy The following statement is drafted from Dr. Haque's account of his experience and professional philosophy and should be approved before publication. "When I started working with medical students, I realized that many of them were making one of the biggest decisions of their lives without fully understanding what would happen after graduation. They knew they wanted to become doctors. They knew they wanted to study abroad. But many were unsure which university would be right for their future. As a healthcare graduate, I understood their concerns. That is one of the reasons I started exploring medical education systems in different countries. Since 2021, I have travelled to more than 30 countries, visited universities, examined curricula, and learned about different approaches to medical and healthcare education. I have explored opportunities across Asia, Europe, Africa, the Americas, and Oceania. These experiences have shaped the way I guide students today. I don't want a student to choose a university simply because it offers admission. I want that student to understand what they are studying, why they are choosing that institution, and what they may need to do after graduation. Some students dream of becoming doctors in the United States. Others hope to pursue careers in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, or Europe. Some want to return home and serve their communities. Every student has a different ambition. My responsibility is to help them understand the educational pathways available to them. I cannot promise that every student will achieve every professional goal. Medical licensing, residency placement, and employment depend on many factors. But I believe students deserve responsible guidance, clear information, and realistic advice. At Creative Consultancy, I want students to know that they can return to us for educational guidance as their journey progresses. Because becoming a doctor is a long journey. And choosing the right path deserves careful thought from the beginning." Study in Malaysia: The Student Visa and Documents Guide Nobody Gave You
Moving to another country to study is exciting, and it’s also a bit scary. Most of the stress doesn’t come from the classes. It comes from the paperwork: which documents you need, what the photo should look like, and what happens when you land. At Creative Consultancy, we help students with this every week. So here is the simple version of how studying in Malaysia works for international students, based on the guidance from Asia e University (AeU) in Kuala Lumpur. Why students choose Malaysia Kuala Lumpur has been a popular study destination for international students for a long time. Campuses like AeU’s main campus have students from many countries in the same classroom. That mix is useful. You learn to work with people from different backgrounds, which employers notice. Campus life helps too. There are facilities, student activities and plenty of ways to make friends. Many students say those friendships last well beyond graduation. The one rule you must know: it’s full-time and on-campus Malaysian authorities allow international students to stay in the country only if they study full-time. That means on-campus, full-time learning. An online or part-time route will not get you a student pass. The upside is that full-time study lets you focus fully on your course without juggling too much else. Documents you’ll need for your student pass The student pass and visa application goes through EMGS (Education Malaysia Global Services), and the final decision is theirs. For a new application, expect to prepare: Offer letter: an original or a copy. Passport photo: one photo with a white background, 35mm x 45mm . Passport copy: the bio-data page, every page with visa information, and the observation page. A passport with at least 12 months of validity is recommended. Academic transcripts and certificates: copies of your results and certificates. Pre-arrival medical report: needed if you were screened at a clinic that isn’t EMGS-registered. Attach the lab report and chest X-ray report, both in English. Personal bond form: the university submits this for you. Special documents for some nationalities: students from Sudan need a No-Objection Certificate, and students from Iran need a Letter of Eligibility. The university applies for these through the embassy in Kuala Lumpur. A tip from experience: the photo is the thing that most often gets sent back. Use a plain white background, face the camera straight on, and make sure it’s sharp and well lit. A blurry photo cropped from a group picture usually isn’t good enough, so get a fresh one taken. What is the personal bond? Malaysian Immigration requires the university to sign a personal bond on your behalf. In return, the university asks you to lodge that amount with it. The money is returned when you complete your programme or withdraw, as long as there is no violation of Malaysian immigration rules. Check the exact amount for your case with your university or counsellor before you plan your budget. Medical screening: before and after you arrive You may need a medical report from your home country, so check whether your clinic is EMGS-registered. After you land, you must attend a screening at a panel clinic in Malaysia within 7 days of arrival. Don’t leave this for later. If you skip it, EMGS can’t start your student pass endorsement or issue the supporting letter for your sticker. Vaccinations Students are advised to take the vaccines listed on the health examination form and bring their international vaccination certificate. If you come from, or spent more than 12 hours in transit through, a country with yellow fever risk, you need a valid yellow fever certificate. Without it you can be quarantined on arrival. Other vaccine requirements can be added from time to time, so check before you fly. Before you fly: a quick checklist Accept your offer and get your documents ready. Take a proper white-background passport photo. Check that your passport has enough validity. Complete the pre-arrival medical screening if needed. Arrange accommodation, airport pick-up and travel. Book your post-arrival medical screening within 7 days of landing. Frequently asked questions Can I study part-time or online and still live in Malaysia? No. International students can stay only while studying full-time on campus. What size should my visa photo be? 35mm x 45mm, with a white background. Do I get the personal bond money back? Yes, after you complete or withdraw from your programme, provided there are no immigration violations. How soon after arrival must I do the medical screening? Within 7 days, at a panel clinic in Malaysia. How long should my passport be valid? At least 12 months is recommended. Need help with your Malaysia application? Documents, deadlines and visa rules can feel like a maze. At Creative Consultancy , we guide students from choosing a university to getting the student pass, so you aren’t guessing at any step. 👉 Contact us today at ccapply.com for a free consultation and start your Malaysia journey with confidence. Rules and fees can change, so we always confirm the latest requirements with the university and EMGS before you apply.

Study Abroad Counselling in Bangladesh: A Practical Guide
Planning to study overseas involves much more than choosing a country and completing an application form. You may need to compare universities, understand entry requirements, prepare an English-language test, organise documents, explore scholarships and prepare for the visa process. For many students, the hardest part is knowing what to do first. Study abroad counselling gives you a structured way to make those decisions. A counsellor can help you connect your academic background, career interests, budget and preferred destination with realistic university and programme options. The aim is not simply to submit an application, but to build a clear plan from your first consultation through your departure. For students in Dhaka and elsewhere in Bangladesh, Creative Consultancy (CCApply) provides study-abroad counselling through its education consultancy and online platform. Its support includes university and programme selection, application assistance, visa guidance, IELTS preparation, scholarship guidance and pre-departure support. What study abroad counselling includes Study abroad counselling is a guided decision-making and application service for students considering education in another country. The process usually begins with an understanding of your academic record, intended subject, preferred study level, financial considerations and long-term goals. From there, counselling can help you identify suitable options and organise the steps required to apply. A useful counselling process should cover more than a list of institutions. It should help you understand why a programme may suit you, what requirements you need to meet and which parts of your application need attention. Depending on your situation, support may include: Discussing your study goals, academic background and preferred subjects. Comparing universities and programmes based on relevant requirements and priorities. Reviewing application documents and helping you follow the correct process. Planning for IELTS or another required English-language assessment where appropriate. Exploring scholarship opportunities and the information needed for consideration. Preparing for visa-related steps and documentation. Helping you think through practical pre-departure arrangements. Good advice should also make the process easier to understand. You should be able to ask questions, see the next step clearly and recognise which decisions require your own careful consideration. Why counselling matters when choosing a university Students often begin with a broad ambition: study business, engineering, computing, public health or another subject abroad. The challenge is turning that ambition into a suitable programme. Similar-sounding degrees can have different entry requirements, course structures, assessment methods and future directions. Counselling can help you compare options more thoughtfully instead of relying only on a university’s reputation or a quick online search. For example, when reviewing a programme, consider: Academic fit: Does your previous qualification prepare you for the course? Are specific subjects or grades required? Programme content: Do the modules match the areas you want to study, or is the course broader or more specialised than expected? English-language requirements: What test or score does the institution require, and how much preparation may be needed? Application timing: When should you prepare documents, submit the application and plan for later visa steps? Financial planning: What costs do you need to investigate, and are scholarship options relevant to your circumstances? Personal priorities: Would you prefer a particular location, campus environment, programme format or level of support? A counsellor does not replace your responsibility to make an informed choice. Instead, the right guidance helps you ask better questions and avoid choosing a programme simply because it appears first in a search result. How to prepare before your first counselling session You do not need to have every decision made before speaking with a counsellor. However, bringing basic information can make the discussion more focused. Start by writing down your intended subject area, highest completed qualification, academic results and any relevant study or work experience. It is also useful to separate your preferences into three groups: essential requirements, strong preferences and flexible points. An essential requirement might be a particular subject or study level. A strong preference could be a destination or type of programme. A flexible point might be the exact institution or intake period. Prepare questions such as: Which types of programmes could match my academic background? What documents should I begin collecting? Do I need IELTS preparation, and when should I take the test? What should I look for when comparing universities? What scholarship information should I review? What are the key stages after an application is submitted? Be open about concerns that may affect your plan. If your grades, English-language preparation, preferred timing or financial expectations need further discussion, raising those topics early can help create a more realistic route. Counselling is most useful when the information you provide is accurate and the questions are specific. A practical study abroad counselling process Although each student’s situation is different, a structured process can make an international application easier to manage. The following stages offer a useful framework. 1. Clarify your study direction Begin with your subject interests and the type of qualification you want to pursue. If you are undecided, compare related subject areas and consider the kind of learning you prefer. A clear direction helps narrow the number of programmes worth reviewing. 2. Review your profile and requirements Look at your academic record, English-language preparation and supporting documents. This stage is about understanding where you may meet requirements and where additional preparation is needed. It is better to identify gaps early than to discover them immediately before an application deadline. 3. Shortlist suitable programmes Create a shortlist rather than applying to every institution you find. Compare the course content, entry requirements, application timing and information available about scholarships. Keep notes on why each option is being considered so that your final decision is based on more than a name. 4. Prepare and submit the application Organise the required information carefully and check that documents are complete and consistent. Application support can help you understand the process, prepare materials and track what remains outstanding. You should still review all submitted information before approval. 5. Plan visa-related requirements Once the application stage progresses, visa guidance can help you understand the documentation and preparation involved. Requirements can depend on the destination and your individual circumstances, so use current official information alongside professional guidance. 6. Prepare for departure Receiving an offer is an important milestone, but it is not the end of planning. Review your next actions, organise essential documents and consider what you need to know before travelling and beginning your studies. Pre-departure support can help you approach this transition with a clearer checklist. IELTS, scholarships and visa guidance Three areas frequently require additional planning: English-language preparation, funding and visas. Treating them as separate tasks can lead to delays, so include them in your overall study plan from the beginning. IELTS preparation: First establish whether your selected programme requires an English-language test and what level is expected. If you need preparation, allow time to understand the test format, practise each skill and identify areas for improvement. IELTS preparation should be connected to your application timeline rather than treated as an unrelated course. Scholarship guidance: Scholarship information can differ by institution, programme and student profile. Review eligibility conditions, deadlines and required documents carefully. A counselling session can help you identify relevant opportunities and understand what information you need to prepare, but you should always check the specific terms of each scholarship. Visa guidance: Visa preparation requires accuracy and attention to detail. Keep your academic and financial information organised, follow the relevant instructions and avoid leaving documentation until the last moment. Guidance can help you understand the process, while official authorities remain the source of current visa requirements and decisions. Common mistakes students can avoid Many application problems are preventable. A few common mistakes include choosing a programme without checking its requirements, waiting too long to prepare an English-language test, submitting incomplete documents and treating every university as equally suitable. Another mistake is making decisions based on assumptions. A student may assume that a familiar subject title means the same course content everywhere, or that a scholarship will cover every cost. Instead, read programme and funding information closely and ask for clarification when something is unclear. It is also important to keep a written application plan. Record deadlines, document status, test dates, questions and next actions. This simple habit can reduce confusion when several decisions are happening at the same time. Finally, be cautious of advice that promises a guaranteed admission, scholarship or visa outcome. Counselling should support informed planning, not replace the requirements set by universities or official authorities. How CCApply can support your study plan Creative Consultancy (CCApply) is a Bangladesh-based education consultancy and online platform supporting students who want to study abroad. From its Dhaka-based context, it can help students approach the process as a connected plan rather than a series of isolated tasks. Its services include study-abroad counselling, university and programme selection, application support, visa guidance, IELTS preparation and scholarship guidance. CCApply also provides pre-departure support, helping students think about the steps that follow an application and offer. For education agents, universities and other institutions, CCApply also supports agent and institution partnerships. For an individual student, the most useful starting point is to discuss your academic background, intended subject, destination preferences and timeline. This gives the counselling process a practical foundation and helps identify which support you may need first. Make your next step a clear one Study abroad counselling can help turn an uncertain idea into an organised plan. The value lies in comparing suitable programmes, understanding requirements, preparing documents carefully and addressing IELTS, scholarships, visas and departure planning at the right time. If you are planning to study abroad from Bangladesh, begin by gathering your academic information and listing your questions. Creative Consultancy (CCApply): Four Consecutive Years of Connecting Quality Students with Global Universities
Quality Students. Responsible Recruitment. Stronger University Partnerships. For four consecutive years, Creative Consultancy (CCApply) has worked with a clear objective: not simply to send more students abroad, but to connect universities with genuine, academically suitable and well-prepared international students . In international education, numbers alone do not define a successful recruitment agency. Universities need students who understand their chosen programs, meet admission requirements, have realistic academic goals and are prepared for the responsibilities of studying overseas. This quality-focused approach is at the heart of Creative Consultancy (CCApply). Four Consecutive Years of Quality-Focused Student Recruitment Over the last four years, our team has continuously developed its student counselling, profile assessment, application management and pre-departure support processes. Our philosophy is straightforward: The right student should be connected with the right program at the right university. Rather than encouraging students to apply indiscriminately, our counselors work to understand their academic background, career objectives, financial preparedness and study preferences before recommending suitable opportunities. This helps us build a recruitment process that benefits both students and our university partners . Why Quality Matters More Than Application Volume A large number of applications does not necessarily mean successful international student recruitment. Universities need applications that are complete, relevant and genuine. Students, meanwhile, need realistic guidance rather than promises that may not match their academic profile. That is why our approach emphasizes: Student Profile Assessment – Reviewing academic background, qualifications and study objectives before recommending options. Program Matching – Helping students identify programs relevant to their previous education and future career plans. Document Screening – Checking application documents for completeness and consistency before submission. Transparent Counselling – Providing students with realistic information regarding admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, visa processes and other important considerations. Application Support – Maintaining communication throughout the admission and application process. Pre-Departure Preparation – Helping successful applicants understand the practical responsibilities of becoming an international student. Our goal is not simply to generate applications. Our goal is to create better-fit applications and better-prepared students . What Makes CCApply Different? Creative Consultancy is our registered business identity, while CCApply represents our international education application and partnership platform. Together, they operate with one objective: making international student recruitment more organized, transparent and effective. Our model supports multiple sides of the international education ecosystem. For Students We provide counselling and application assistance designed to help students make informed study-abroad decisions. For Universities We aim to introduce genuine students whose academic profiles and study intentions are appropriately matched with available programs. For Education Partners Through CCApply, we work toward developing an efficient network where institutions, recruitment partners and students can communicate and manage international education opportunities more effectively. We Don't Believe in Sending Every Student Everywhere One of the most important principles behind our recruitment strategy is responsible student matching . A university should not receive an application simply because a student wants to study abroad. Before recommending an institution or program, important questions should be considered: Does the student's academic background match the program? Does the program support the student's future objectives? Does the student understand the financial commitment? Is the student genuinely prepared to study internationally? Are the submitted documents complete and credible? This screening philosophy helps us focus on quality rather than uncontrolled application volume . Building Trust with University Partners For Creative Consultancy (CCApply), a university partnership is more than an agency agreement. We want to become a reliable recruitment partner that institutions can work with over the long term. That means maintaining professional communication, respecting university admission requirements, improving application quality and representing institutions responsibly to prospective students. We also understand that every university has different priorities. Some institutions want to expand into Bangladesh, some want stronger postgraduate recruitment, while others are looking for students in particular academic disciplines. Our role is to understand those priorities and develop recruitment activities accordingly. Bangladesh: A Growing Source of International Students Bangladesh has a large and ambitious student population increasingly interested in internationally recognized higher education. However, effective recruitment from Bangladesh requires local understanding. Students and families often need detailed guidance regarding universities, programs, tuition fees, scholarships, accommodation, application procedures, visa requirements and career prospects. Our local presence allows Creative Consultancy to communicate directly with prospective students while helping international universities better understand the Bangladeshi education market. From Student Counselling to University Enrolment Our recruitment process is designed around a structured student journey: Student Enquiry → Initial Counselling → Profile Assessment → University & Program Selection → Document Screening → Application Submission → Admission Follow-Up → Visa Guidance → Pre-Departure Support → Enrolment At every stage, our focus remains on accuracy, transparency and responsible guidance. Four Years Are Only the Beginning Four consecutive years of student recruitment have helped us understand an important lesson: Sustainable international education recruitment is built on trust, not just numbers. Trust from students. Trust from parents. Trust from university representatives. And trust from our institutional partners. As Creative Consultancy (CCApply) continues to grow, we aim to strengthen our relationships with universities across major international study destinations and expand opportunities for qualified Bangladeshi students. Our ambition is clear: to be recognized as a leading quality-focused international student recruitment agency from Bangladesh—not because of how many applications we submit, but because of the quality, suitability and preparedness of the students we represent. Partner with Creative Consultancy (CCApply) We welcome universities, colleges and educational institutions seeking a professional student recruitment partner in Bangladesh. If your institution values quality applications, genuine students, responsible counselling and long-term partnership , Creative Consultancy (CCApply) would be pleased to explore opportunities for collaboration. It should begin with understanding the student. A student's academic background, interests, budget, preferred destination and future goals all matter when considering international education opportunities. CCApply for International Students International students are at the heart of CCApply. A student may know that they want to study abroad but have no idea which country would suit them. Another student may already know the country but need help finding a university. Someone else may have shortlisted several programs but be unsure which one makes the most sense for their academic background and future plans. CCApply aims to make those decisions easier to navigate. Our goal is to help students move from: “I want to study abroad.” to: “I understand my options and know what my next step should be.” That is the type of student experience CCApply is working to build. CCApply and Creative Consultancy To avoid confusion, CCApply and Creative Consultancy are not competing or unrelated organizations . Creative Consultancy is the registered company behind the CCApply brand. CCApply is the brand name and international education platform of Creative Consultancy. In Bangladesh, students may also interact directly with the company through the Creative Consultancy name, particularly for personalized study abroad counselling and student-facing services. CCApply, meanwhile, represents the broader brand and platform through which the company can connect students, education agents, universities, institutions and other stakeholders. A simple way to understand the relationship is: Creative Consultancy = Registered Company CCApply = International Education Brand & Platform CCApply's B2C Role – Helping Students Study Abroad Through its B2C model , CCApply supports international students and the wider student-facing services of Creative Consultancy. The focus is not simply on processing applications. It is about helping students understand their international education options and make better-informed decisions. Students may need guidance with choosing a destination, identifying suitable universities, comparing programs, understanding admission requirements or preparing for different stages of their study abroad journey. CCApply provides the wider ecosystem and resources that support this process. CCApply's B2B Role – Connecting Education Agents and Partners CCApply also operates as a B2B international education platform . Through this role, the brand works with education agents, professional partners, institutions and other organizations involved in international student recruitment and global education. This B2B dimension is an important part of what makes CCApply more than a conventional student counselling brand. It creates connections across the education ecosystem so that students, education professionals and institutions can participate within a broader international education network. CCApply's B2G Role CCApply's wider model also includes B2G — Business-to-Government — engagement where relevant. International student mobility can involve government bodies, education authorities, public institutions and other stakeholders beyond students, agents and universities. The CCApply brand provides Creative Consultancy with a broader platform identity for relevant engagement across this part of the education sector. What Makes CCApply Different? CCApply is being developed around a connected approach to international education. Instead of viewing students, agents, universities and institutions as completely separate parts of the process, CCApply brings them into a wider education ecosystem. At the center of that ecosystem is the international student. Technology can make applications easier. Education agents can provide local support. Universities can provide academic opportunities. Institutions and partners can strengthen international education networks. But ultimately, all of these connections should help students make better decisions about their education. That is the thinking behind CCApply. Our Mission CCApply's mission is to make international education more accessible, connected and easier to navigate for students around the world. We aim to help students discover suitable global education opportunities while building meaningful connections between students, education agents, universities, institutions and other stakeholders. Our Vision Our vision is to build CCApply into a trusted global international education platform where students can explore opportunities and connect with the resources they need to pursue higher education abroad. We envision an education ecosystem where technology and human guidance work together. Where students have clearer access to information.
