The course Ballast Water Management awareness is targeted to anyone interested in understanding the requirements of the BWM International Convention and the technical aspects related to ballast water treatment systems.

Shore staff who will be involved in planning how to comply with the ballast water management legislation as well as those who will be responsible for implementing the plan. This may include, Ship Managers, New ship Superintendents, Shipyards Technical Staff; Surveyors; P&I surveyors and Naval Architects.
