Malaysia continues to be regarded as the reference point for oil palm, rubber, cocoa and coconut upstream and downstream technology. Using this local expertise, it is pertinent that IUKL takes this opportunity to develop a programme at the sub-professional level to supply trained personnel to cater for the management of plantation crops which are rapidly expanding in the region.
